The location was ideal for our trip, with great shopping nearby. The hotel itself is beautiful and our junior queen suite was perfect for our family.

We stayed for a wedding and had a great time. The hotel is close to a mall, town centre, and plenty of restaurants. The staff was friendly, and the fresh cookies and candy canes in reception were a great touch. The rooms were comfortable, and plenty of family and friends enjoyed the convenience of walking to local entertainment options.

Breakfast service was a bit slow and inconsistent on the egg station and coffee bar.

This hotel is situated in a perfect location, with lots of places to walk to nearby. The staff were really helpful and offered a basic breakfast that was included in the price. I stayed in a room with a large bed which was really comfortable, and my teenager slept well on the roll-out bed. The room also had a fantastic view of Easton.

I recently stayed at Hilton in Columbus for my 20th wedding anniversary. The staff was excellent and accommodated my requests for a perfect room with wine and flowers. The hotel's location was convenient and the shuttle service to Easton Place was a bonus. The staff's friendliness and caring attitude made our stay even more enjoyable. The room accommodations were very nice, and the pool and workout areas were clean and well-maintained. Additionally, the selection of food inside the hotel was awesome.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The concierges were incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring we had everything we needed. The rooms were spacious, clean, and provided us with utmost comfort. The bedding was top-notch, making our sleep incredibly peaceful. The hotel's location was perfect, situated in a pedestrian-friendly area with plenty of shopping and dining options within walking distance. We really appreciated the 12pm check-out, allowing us to relax and enjoy our stay to the fullest.

Our only disappointment was the view from our room. Despite paying extra for a city view, we were placed on the 2nd floor behind a tree facing the driveway.

The hotel was beautifully decorated and very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was fantastic, right across from a huge outdoor mall with lots of shops and restaurants.

There was no concierge level stay on weekends. The parking was a bit expensive, with a charge of $8 for self-park and $20 for valet.

The value for money at Hilton was excellent - I had an unbelievably clean room, spotless in fact, and the location was perfect for walking to shops and dinner. The staff were all extremely kind and helpful, making my stay truly enjoyable.
