Great stay for the weekend. Room was clean and in good shape. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Gym equipment was in good shape, especially the treadmills. Breakfast buffet was generous. Location was great with easy access to the highway. Will definitely stay here again.

Disliked the air conditioning in the room. It cooled off at first but didn't stay cool enough.

I had a frustrating reservation experience which was only moderately improved by the service. I was originally booked at the Home2Suites in Springdale, but they overbooked and moved my reservation to Hilton Garden Inn. Despite the initial inconvenience, the woman at the desk at Hilton Garden Inn was kind and understanding. She assured me that my reservation was in good standing and that I would be the only one with access to my room. The property was beautiful with modern decor and was very clean. The breakfast was very good and the staff were friendly and accommodating. I would recommend this hotel, but improvements can be made in terms of reservation issues and communication about amenities.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff, especially Ms. Debbie, was extremely sweet and accommodating. They went above and beyond to make our 3 year anniversary special, even preparing a lovely fruit, veggie, cheese, and cracker tray for us. The bed was great and the pillows were fabulous. The location was convenient, just off a busy interchange and within walking distance of Sassy's BBQ restaurant. It was also easy to get to, right off the highway exit to the Fayetteville area.

I had a wonderful stay here. The rooms were spacious and perfect for our group of three adults. I was impressed by the cleanliness and updated look of the hotel compared to others in the area. The hotel staff went above and beyond, providing us with breakfast vouchers even though it wasn't included in our room rate. The front desk attendant, Ms. Debbie, was extremely kind and even surprised us with a special anniversary treat from the chef. The hotel had great amenities, including a lounge bar, a restaurant with room service, and multiple garden lounge areas. The breakfast was delicious and freshly made to order. I also appreciated the late checkout of 12pm.

We stayed at Hilton Garden for a two-night getaway to celebrate our 3-year anniversary and our upcoming addition to the family. Ms. Debbie at the front desk was incredibly kind and made sure our stay was special. She surprised us with a delicious fruit, vegetable, cheese, and cracker tray, which was such a thoughtful gesture. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable, perfect for a good night's sleep after a long day of hiking in the Valley of Fire. The staff was friendly and we enjoyed spending time at the bar area watching the Kentucky Derby and later the baseball game. we had a great time and felt well taken care of.

Our stay in this hotel was wonderful. It was located in a convenient area for the fairgrounds and within walking distance of Sassy's BBQ restaurant. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with attentive service from the staff. The breakfast was delicious, and we even preferred it to a free hotel breakfast. Moreover, the hotel was conveniently located near a grocery store and a Walmart Neighborhood Market, making shopping effortless.

The phone reservation process was not handled properly, which led to some inconvenience for us.
