The beds were incredibly comfortable and made for a great night's sleep. The bar had a friendly bartender who bought us rounds and the brunch the next day offered a wide variety of delicious options.

I stayed at this hotel for the NYC marathon and was impressed by the accommodations. The hotel provided a free shuttle to the race, a special pasta dinner, and an early buffet breakfast. The shuttle also offered rides from the airport and to the ferry. The rooms were clean and had convenient amenities like USB ports and a microwave. The hotel also had a nice garden with a gazebo and koi pond, as well as free parking.

Would recommend this hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Staten Island. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, with housekeepers who were friendly and nice. The hotel facilities were beautiful, and I took so many pictures of the lovely garden. There was plenty of parking space available, which was a relief. The hotel's location, although in an area with a lot of construction, didn't pose a noise problem. I was able to use the shuttle to and from the ferry, which was convenient. Additionally, the staff at the hotel were exceptional and made check-in and check-out easy.

I recently stayed at Hilton Garden Inn in Staten Island for a few nights. My stay was for leisure purposes, and I found the hotel to have many positive features. The fitness room was great, and I appreciated the availability of parking. The room itself was spacious, and the cleaning crew respected our privacy while keeping everything tidy. Whenever I needed something, like batteries or arranging a taxi, the staff was prompt and helpful. As a solo female traveler, I felt safe and secure. The bonus was the wonderful food on offer, which is not always the case in hotels. I had a fantastic experience at Hilton Garden.

The value for the money was great and the room was comfortable with a nice bed. The location was peaceful and we even got to see deer outside during our seminar. The staff at the hotel, especially in the connected restaurant Lorenzo's, were excellent.

The hotel had beautiful artwork on the grounds and the staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. The meals, both breakfast and dinner, were outstanding. It was also conveniently located close to the highway exit/entrance, making it easy to travel around, yet far enough away to avoid the noise of traffic.

The rooms could have been cleaner, with dirty windows and dusty mattress frames. Some furniture was peeling and there were issues with the phone and coffee machine not working properly.

The best aspects of my stay at this hotel were the spacious and comfortable rooms. I really appreciated having a Keurig and mini fridge in the room, as well as the nice soap products provided. The hotel seemed to have been recently renovated, which added to the overall comfort and pleasant ambiance. Additionally, the location of the hotel was advantageous as it was close to various eating options nearby.

Moreover, the food and beverage options at the hotel were also subpar. The breakfast at Lorenzo's was overpriced and the quality of the food left much to be desired.

I had a wonderful stay at Hilton Garden! The room was clean and comfortable, and I especially loved the cozy bed. The free parking and wifi were a great added bonus. The hotel also offered a free airport shuttle service, making it convenient for travelers. The dinner at the hotel was delicious, with great service. I also enjoyed the buffet breakfast with made-to-order omelettes. Additionally, the hotel provided a shuttle service to the cruise port for a fee, which was very convenient for us. I highly recommend Hilton Garden for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Breakfast was compensated for the noisy parties. They offered to move us, but with an infant and toddler, it was difficult. They were prompt in addressing TV remote batteries and arranging taxi pick-up. The food was excellent, a pleasant surprise. I felt safe as a solo female traveler.
