I had a fantastic stay here. The hotel was very clean and well maintained, and the staff were helpful and professional. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy. The hotel facilities, including the gym, lounge areas, and pool. The location was perfect, with easy access to the bayfront, Little Italy, and downtown. I especially loved the outside seating area, where I could enjoy the morning activities. The complimentary breakfast was excellent, and I enjoyed the view from my top-floor room overlooking the water.

The location of this hotel was perfect for my New Year getaway. It was so convenient to get to all the popular spots in the city, with easy access to public transportation. I loved being able to explore the lively downtown and visit all the amazing restaurants and breweries in the area. the hotel itself was also great, with a nice pool and a hot tub for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. One of the best aspects was the happy hour at the hotel bar, it was a great way to unwind and enjoy a drink without having to venture too far.

The only downside to my stay at this hotel was the view from my window. Unfortunately, it was just a concrete wall.

The location was perfect with stunning views of the harbor. The valet staff were professional and kind. We loved the modern and nicely appointed rooms. The valet parking was convenient and the staff would bring our car to us whenever we needed it. The hotel had a laundry room which was very useful during our 8-day stay. The staff went the extra mile, surprising my partner with a sweet birthday gesture of a handwritten card and dessert in the room. Gracie, in particular, was amazing and kept us well informed about our room. it was an amazing stay and great value for a weekend getaway.

I recently stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Downtown/Bayside, and I had a wonderful experience. I was in town for business meetings and stayed for three nights. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions. The staff was amazing, except for one person named April who could use some improvement in customer service. The room itself was beautiful and spacious, and guest services were very accommodating. it was a great stay.

Despite some minor issues, I would still be happy to recommend this hotel.

The hotel building had a nice design and the rooms were updated and comfortable. the staff at the front desk and the restaurant were friendly and accommodating. the location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to a variety of restaurants and attractions. the food at the restaurant was delicious, a great option if you don't feel like going out.

The housekeeping service was a major concern during my stay. There were multiple instances of items going missing from the room, including a phone charger and beers from the fridge.

I had a great night's sleep on a comfortable bed with soft linens, and the coffee in the morning was excellent. I opted for the premium internet service, and it was fast and reliable. The staff was truly exceptional, especially when they promptly addressed a noisy neighboring room and handled my concerns with care. I really appreciated the impeccable maintenance of the hotel and the well-equipped workout facility. a highly recommended stay.
