Easy check-in with super helpful staff. Clean hotel in a perfect spot for the music festival. The room was spacious and had everything! Loved the luxury bathroom, full kitchen, and separate sleeping area for kids. The pool was busy but enjoyable. air was fresh since it’s smoke-free. Close to the top of the strip.

The room was spacious and had a well-equipped kitchen. The housekeeping overlooked cleaning the bedroom, which was a bit frustrating. The pool area was relaxing with nice spots to lounge. We enjoyed the games room, especially the table tennis. A restaurant on-site would be a plus.

The layout of our suite was absolutely perfect for our needs. We loved the comfort of the bed and the convenience of the full kitchen for family gatherings. The staff were so friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable!

Perfectly situated for exploring the best of Las Vegas

The hotel is at the top end of the strip, making it easy to stroll down towards many attractions like Wynn Las Vegas and the Stratosphere Tower, which are both just about 1.5 km away, and if you feel adventurous you can enjoy the beautiful views while walking to the High Roller, almost a 3 km walk, but that's nothing when you're soaking up the sights and sounds of Las Vegas. The rooms are clean and comfortable with friendly staff and nice beds, plus you get free waters daily and access to a market with all the essentials. The only downside was the hard sell to join a timeshare presentation upon arrival, but that didn't overshadow the amazing weekend I had exploring the vibrant city.

The kitchenette was clean and functional, perfect for quick meals. The washer/dryer combo was a game changer for our family. Despite being located at the quieter end of the strip, we found it peaceful. There was a minor inconvenience with the bus service due to roadworks, but it was manageable. The pool area was inviting with plenty of seating. the room offered an excellent stay experience.

Our family had a blast exploring the Las Vegas Strip area, which is a hub of entertainment and shopping options like the Fashion Show Mall and Crystals at City Center.

My kids wished for more kid-friendly dining options on the menu.

The cleaning was subpar with dirty rags and unemptied coffee machines. The elevators broke down for over 30 minutes, causing major delays.

Having a kitchen was a great perk for quick meals. the check-in process was frustrating; I was placed in two separate rooms instead of the reserved one and had issues with breakfast vouchers. The staff's demeanor was inconsistent, leaning on the unfriendly side at times. While the location felt a bit distant for strip access, Uber rides made it manageable. The fan speed on the A.C. was annoying, but the hotel had its comforts, despite a few hiccups.

The large pool area is great for families—kids and families were respectful. Texting staff for service was efficient, and housekeeping kept our room clean. cleaning service was inadequate; no daily vacuuming or trash removal created a less than ideal experience. The lack of food options is a downside, alongside a cumbersome DVD rental process that required multiple follow-ups. It’s clear the team is pressured, which sometimes shows in service quality. This could easily be improved with better communication and staff support.
