For the price we paid, we definitely got our money's worth. The room was clean and well-kept, and the location was perfect with a great steakhouse across the street. The staff at Autograph Collection treated us like VIPs, from the fast and friendly check-in to accommodating my special request for a surprise in the room for my wife.

The breakfast experience could have been better if there were more options for storing leftovers from the amazing dinner at the steakhouse nearby. It's a shame there wasn't enough room in the refrigerator to keep the leftovers.

The hotel had a great location, close enough to downtown but tucked away in a peaceful area with nearby restaurants within walking distance. the staff was friendly and welcoming, providing helpful local dining recommendations. the fitness center was well-equipped and convenient to use. Additionally, the shower in the room was a delightful feature that enhanced the overall stay.

There were a few negative aspects of the experience. Upon arrival, the room was not ready, resulting in a long wait at the bar.

The location is also fantastic, situated in the Hyde Park historic district and directly across the street from the world-famous Bern's Restaurant. I was within walking distance of many great restaurants, and the downtown area was just a short drive away. But what truly set this place apart was the enhanced comfort and quality services it provided. The room was spacious and beautifully furnished, with a comfortable bed and pillows that ensured a restful night's sleep. The hotel also had a full-service spa on-site, which was simply amazing. I indulged in a massage and enjoyed the serene spa lounge. my stay at this hotel was exceptional, and I can't wait to come back.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, situated in a nice neighborhood down Howard Ave where there appears to be a lot of development happening. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with 24-hour access to the gym and pool. We enjoyed the convenience of a wine and spirits store located downstairs and the complimentary wine at check-in. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They attended to our needs promptly, and we were pleased that our request for non-feather bedding was met upon arrival.

Had an amazing time at this hotel during Christmas! Loved the complimentary coffee and tea, as well as the lovely wellness candle. the location was perfect, with lots of great restaurants and bars within walking distance. the bed was super comfortable and made it hard to leave the room. there was a great spa on site for some much-needed relaxation.

The valet parking was a bit of a headache, especially when we were driving in and out frequently. when we tried to get our car early one morning, the valet was asleep in the office, causing a bit of a delay.
