We had a great time at this luxurious hotel. Its location was excellent, surrounded by great shops and restaurants, with easy access to highways. The staff was accommodating and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. The lobby was beautiful, and the elevators were fast. Our room had a comfortable bed and provided a gorgeous view of the city. We especially enjoyed the breakfast, where they made us a delicious omelette upon request.

The breakfast situation was a bit confusing. The website mentioned that breakfast was included, but when we went to get breakfast, we were told it was only for gold and up members. It would have been clearer if the website had specified this. Additionally, there was a sign for a build-your-own omelet bar, but we didn't get to experience it and had to pay separately for breakfast.

She went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. The room on the 11th floor was clean, well-maintained, and had a fantastic view. As a light sleeper, I appreciated the quiet environment that allowed me to get a restful night's sleep. The hotel also had a nice pool area that was clean and relaxing, although it could benefit from more lighting. The location was perfect for me, as it was within walking distance of the Galleria mall and had plenty of dining options nearby. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Houston.

I had a fabulous stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean and luxurious, with a spacious layout and well-appointed bathroom. The staff was friendly and accommodating, promptly addressing any issues I had, like when my room initially had a smoke smell. The hotel's business center was great, and I appreciated having a nice cafe nearby. The location was superb, in the Uptown area near the Galleria mall, making it easy for me to explore the nearby restaurants, cafes, and shops. Additionally, transportation options were convenient for getting around this city.
