I had a great stay at this hotel! The room I was given on the 11th floor was much nicer and cleaner than the original one, with a fantastic view. Brianna, the front desk manager, was amazing and went above and beyond to make sure I had a comfortable stay. The pool was also relaxing and clean, although it could use some more lighting. highly recommended for its location, friendly staff, and comfortable rooms.

The Galleria was within walking distance, making it so convenient for me to explore and do some shopping during my free time. The room was excellent, very clean and spacious, with all the amenities I needed. The staff was friendly and professional, especially Erica at the bar, who provided amazing customer service. They were all very accommodating, even with my late check-in. this place exceeded my expectations and was the primary reason for my enjoyable stay.
