The non-smoking policy was questionable, with inconsiderate guests initially ignoring it. The staff? Unhelpful. We encountered issues with a broken oven and received no support. A disappointment after 24 years of loyalty. Cleanliness and timely service were lacking. The essentials like bed comfort and amenities were acceptable but dated. Parking across the street raised safety concerns. For the premium price, I expected more. The location shines, but better management and updates are crucial for returning guests.

Mismatched furniture and frayed curtains hinted at age, but the peaceful, private setting made it enjoyable.

Our recent stay at the Sandcastle was a mix of ups and downs. the ocean view from our room was spectacular, and we loved having a fireplace to cozy up by. The staff was friendly and the room itself was quiet, which was great for relaxation. The small kitchenette was handy with some dishes available, and the gas fireplace added a nice touch to the room ambiance. The beds were comfy and there were plenty of towels and pillows, which we appreciated. we did encounter some issues during our stay. The heating in the room wasn't working properly for the first two nights, making it quite chilly. The table and chairs in the room were uncomfortable and not very practical, especially for dining. The TV took a while to start up, and we couldn't figure out how to access the USB port for a portable DVD player we brought along. The lack of a DVD player was a letdown as we had hoped for a cozy movie night. the hot tub temperature was not as warm as expected, and the swimming pool area could have been improved. The towels provided were thin and not very soft, which was a minor inconvenience. the stay was decent, with some highlights like the ocean view and cozy room, but there were definitely areas that could use some attention.

I absolutely loved the magnificent ocean view, which was a perfect sight to wake up to every morning, and the fact that it was just a few steps away from the beautiful beach was a huge bonus for my weekend strolls; the room was very clean with a nice, smaller deck and came with a mini fridge and microwave that made our stay convenient and comfortable. I do think the furniture was a bit dated, but the overall charm of the place made it easy to overlook.

The views are absolutely breathtaking, with every room offering an ocean view! The heated pool and jacuzzi were a cozy escape, especially on stormy days. I loved the beach access; it felt like our own private paradise!

The lack of an elevator was tough for me, especially with my bad hip. Climbing all those stairs was exhausting! Plus, the bed was way too hard and high, making it a struggle to get comfortable and even get out of.

Sandcastle Beachfront was a perfect retreat steps from the water. Quiet neighborhood, spacious rooms, and a nice balcony. the pool and hot tub were a great addition.
