We had a fantastic stay at the Omni Severin for our first visit to downtown Indianapolis. The location was perfect for exploring the city on foot, and the staff was welcoming and friendly. The hotel itself was grand and upscale, with clean and well-lit spaces. Our room was cozy and relaxing, providing a comfortable retreat after a long day of sightseeing. We also enjoyed the convenience of having several great restaurants within walking distance. a great choice for our trip.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The valets were super nice and quick when getting my car. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the room was quiet, allowing for a great night's sleep. The bathroom was clean and elegant, with nice towels and toiletries. The hotel's location in the heart of downtown was perfect, as I was able to walk to many restaurants and attractions. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently connected to the skywalk, providing easy access to the conference center. everything was clean, and the hotel facilities were great.

The hotel had great amenities, including a Starbucks in the lobby and a cool hotel bar with delicious appetizers like bacon on a stick. the staff was also very friendly and accommodating. Best of all, the hotel was centrally located, making it convenient to explore the city and visit nearby attractions.

The rooms were in desperate need of updating. the furniture was worn and in poor condition, and the curtains were torn and held together with safety pins.

From the friendly and helpful staff who assisted with transportation arrangements, to the prompt and efficient room service, everything was impeccable. Lastly, the amenities provided in the room were great. I particularly loved the flat-screen TV, comfortable bed, and the in-room safe for added security. this place offers a luxurious and comfortable experience.
