As a tourist, I loved being able to walk to the convention center via the pedestrian bridge. The breakfast in the lobby was delicious and the staff provided instant help with my baggage. The view from every level of the atrium lobby was stunning and the suites were spacious and clean. The elevators had a short wait time and the staff was very courteous, even helping me get a different room assigned after check-in.

The heated pool was a great bonus, and there were always plenty of fresh towels available. The breakfast was delicious and had a variety of options, but make sure to arrive early as it gets busy. The complimentary cocktail hour and the restaurant/bar on-site were fantastic, with great food and drinks. The hotel's location was also perfect, with easy walking access to attractions like the aquarium and Sparkman's Wharf. The views of the water were breathtaking, and it was a quick Uber ride to Busch Gardens. a wonderful experience at Embassy Suites.

embassy suites exceeded my expectations during this romantic weekend. the king suite was spotless and spacious, with impressive amenities like a clean remote sticker. the pool had great views and they even gave us $20 towards starbucks.

Full price parking charge felt off.

We loved being in the prime location just steps away from the convention center and with stunning views of the surrounding area. The staff members were incredibly helpful, and the room amenities were top-notch, from the mini-bar to the flat-screen TV and comfortable seating area. We particularly enjoyed the complimentary drinks during happy hour and the delicious breakfast buffet with plenty of fresh options.
