Clean and comfy stay with great service

Super clean rooms and super comfy beds! Location is great for downtown stuff, and all the staff were super friendly. Food at the bar was surprisingly good, and the service was top-notch—big shoutout to the manager and valet guy for being awesome. Just wish parking wasn’t such a hassle, especially in the rain.

We loved the post-game convenience of this hotel! Walking right into Rupp Arena from the lobby made for stress-free travel to and from the game. The room was clean and cozy with a perfect view of Triangle Park. we had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.

This hotel offers great value for money, with reasonable prices and attention to detail. The location is perfect, within walking distance of downtown and with wonderful views of Lexington. The staff provides excellent service and the basic amenities are well-maintained. The rooms on level 6 have plenty of space for yoga and offer nice views of the park. Additionally, the breakfast included is absolutely delicious, offering a variety of wonderful food.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for me as it was within walking distance of the downtown area where I enjoyed eating and shopping. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making the check-in process fast and easy. My room was fantastic with a wonderful view of the ice skating rink. I also loved the yummy breakfast with a great variety of food available.

As longer term business travelers, we were impressed by the range of amenities offered at the hotel. The Thanksgiving Buffet provided a wide selection of delicious food. The location near Rupp Arena made attending events and games convenient. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The cleanliness of the room and the fantastic view of the campus added to our positive experience.

The room was clean and comfortable, with amenities such as a comfortable bed and good bathroom. The service was also good, with friendly staff who were available to assist with any queries or needs. Finally, the breakfast was decent, with a good selection of options to choose from regardless of taste.

The safety standards left a lot to be desired, as there were no alarms in the room or corridors during a serious emergency.

Spacious rooms with very modern amenities, including a clean pool and gym, as well as a large restaurant with a down to earth bartender. Great experience for anyone attending stadium or arena events with access from the lobby.

We had a great experience staying at Hyatt Regency Lexington. The hotel lobby was warm and inviting, with a cozy fireplace where we could relax. Our room had a fantastic view of downtown, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The bar was also a highlight, with a very welcoming atmosphere. Additionally, the breakfast in the morning was fabulous, offering a delicious start to the day.

We had a fantastic stay with great complementary breakfast and happy hour drinks. the location was spot on, with easy access to restaurants and attractions. the pool area was a delight, perfect for relaxing and enjoying some sunshine.

The food quality was not up to par, and some dishes seemed to be underwhelming. the staff at the restaurant could be slow and disorganized.

Housekeeping service was not consistent, sometimes they forgot to replenish toiletries, and the room was not thoroughly cleaned. the elevators were slow during peak hours, causing a bit of a delay.
