I enjoyed my stay with excellent housekeeping and a lovely view from my room facing the town center square. However, the suite we had showed signs of aging and could benefit from an update. It’s a good choice for business travelers due to its clean, modern atmosphere, though improvements in room maintenance could enhance guest satisfaction.

Clean room, comfortable bed, and super convenient location right by Rupp Arena made it easy to explore local dining options after the event. plus, the indoor swimming pool offered a refreshing break at the end of the day.

The bathrooms could use a serious scrub and possibly even a remodel!!! The elevator situation is quite ridiculous with one often out of service, and noises from the street might disrupt your sleep!!! Parking procedures lack clarity!!!

The location was fantastic, with easy access to local dining and attractions. Unfortunately, the shower took a while to find the right temperature, which was annoying.

Clean and comfy room, really enjoyed the lekker brekkie at the restaurant down below—big thumbs up! Chommies at check-in were super friendly, and the location by Rupp Arena was perfect after the event!

I enjoyed my stay, especially the beautiful renovated walk-in shower and delightful room service dinner. However, the rooms could use a bit more upkeep. I would stay again!

the wedding event coordinator was super involved and helpful throughout the day. our room was a bit small for a suite, making it hard to prepare with kids.

the staff at bluefire bar & grill was super helpful with gluten-free options. old room service menu pricing not updated, extra charges were confusing.

The rooms were quite spacious and super clean. The bar and restaurant were delightful. Absolutely no complaints about the staff—they were all lovely!

But, oh dear, the building could use some serious TLC! It’s like they’re waiting for their midlife crisis to hit—maintenance, anyone?

the indoor pool was fantastic! the location is super convenient, with late-night dining options nearby. many pillows of varied firmness really helped me rest well. the staff were friendly and attentive, making everything easy, especially with check-in and luggage transport.

The room was super spacious and clean, really loved the comfy beds. Huge plus was having a great view of Triangle Park! It was nice being able to sneak right into Rupp Arena without going outside, especially with the weather being chilly. The bathroom had solid water pressure, which made showering a breeze. Just wished room service was faster because I could've used it after a long day. But honestly, sleeping there was great!

the staff was super welcoming and accommodating. loved the free parking right across the street! the restaurant on-site really stood out with solid food options. huge plus seeing great views and the easy access to Rupp Arena from our room.

Staying here was a breeze as my room had a perfect view of triangle park, and being able to walk right into Rupp Arena from the lobby made attending the game so convenient. i loved exploring the nearby mary todd lincoln house and the bustling local restaurants nearby for dinner.
