I appreciated the complimentary evening happy hour, allowing for a relaxing start to our nights. The friendly staff even took the time to text us with recommendations, which added a personal touch to our stay.

The lobby area lacks a welcoming atmosphere!!! The breakfast area is cramped and uncomfortable!!! Issues with visible room damage and outdated bathrooms could use attention!!! Poor Wi-Fi connectivity in rooms needs improvement!!!

the lobby is just sad, and the breakfast was an absolute ecological disaster with unappetizing fruit, and poorly made pastries. I expected a complimentary gesture or at least a room upgrade for enduring such nuisances. Honestly, I almost considered giving a good review, but then I remembered the headaches I had. Only got 4 nights of stress.

This spot boasts an incredible location just outside the Chicago loop, making attractions easily accessible by foot. The staff is exceptionally attentive, providing complimentary water and a decent breakfast—albeit basic. Though the city rooms are snug, they come well-equipped for a comfortable stay. Be prepared for some street noise. it's part of the vibe.

it was a warm welcome after that 6 am flight. The breakfast on the 6th floor was just what I needed to kickstart my day. Plus, during marathon weekend, they had breakfast ready at 5 am for us runners! Everyone was so friendly, it truly felt like they cared, especially when they offered me a place to clean up after the race.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but given the exceptional service, I would say it was worth it.

The staff was incredibly friendly! they greeted us with complimentary drinks during happy hour that made us feel welcomed. Plus, the room had this awesome chaise lounge by the big windows where I just relaxed and watched the city light up at night.

The housekeeping team was stellar at their jobs (shoutout to Lexy and Lupe! ). Valet parking had convenient in-and-out privileges, making it easier to explore the vibrant downtown area! ! The staff supported me during my lost luggage situation.

Breakfast options could've been better (that cream cheese spread seemed a bit off). Valet service took longer than expected at times.
