Decent location. Close to Universal with a free shuttle. That’s a major plus. Rooms are comfortable, but cleanliness fell short—hair in the tub and odors in the entryway. Staff? Mixed bag. Helpful at times, but the check-in experience lacked courtesy. Acknowledgment is key; standing there for ten minutes without a word does not create a welcoming atmosphere. Breakfast was serviceable but limited. The pool is small, and I had issues with security staff’s approach. the $10 fee per Amazon package can add up quickly. This place offers good value, but significant service and maintenance improvements are necessary. Potential is there; execution needs to match.

Super close to Universal. Lots of restaurants nearby and a grocery store open 24/7 just a walk away. The buffet breakfast was good. Rooms were clean and comfy, with a nice pool view. Only downside was being in a separate building outside. Staff was friendly and helpful. Great for the price!

Check-in was slow and staff could be friendlier. Location is perfect for Universal and the happy hour was nice.

Fast check in and very clean rooms ! They even made up our unused bed with all the pillows , and shuttle service to attractions is super handy. Plenty of places to eat nearby and a cozy pool area for kids.

The staff was unhelpful and rude. My boyfriend was denied his DoorDash because he didn't look right to them, even with the dasher confirming it was his. It felt really embarrassing and unnecessary.

This hotel is super convenient, being only a 5-minute drive from Universal Studios, which is amazing for easy access to the parks, plus you can catch a free tram to save some cash on transportation! The area is buzzing with restaurants and attractions within walking distance, like the delicious Shogun restaurant right next door, and all the fun spots along International Drive, which is perfect for evening strolls. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with great amenities like a friendly pet policy and free parking, but the WiFi could definitely use some improvement.

The bed was comfortable and offered a decent night's sleep. the AC unit was quite noisy, making it hard to run throughout the night. The room had a nice view, which I appreciated, though the low hum from the power transformers outside was somewhat distracting. Cleanliness was up to standard, but I did encounter a cockroach in the bathroom. The convenience store inside was stocked well, and having nearby restaurants was a plus. Unfortunately, the pool wasn't heated as expected, so I couldn't enjoy a swim.

I loved my private room away from the main building; it felt like a hidden gem! The pool was perfectly heated, and the atmosphere was chill and refreshing. Super easy access to amazing dining and shopping spots just around the corner!
