The hotel had a great location, with easy access to public transportation and popular attractions. The hop on hop off bus stop was right in front of the hotel, making it convenient for exploring the city. Additionally, the hotel was located near the Ferry building, which was only a short walk away. Another advantage was the spectacular hall in the hotel, which was open for anyone to see. It was truly a sight to behold.

There were a few negative aspects to our stay. Firstly, the food choices and amount in the club were disappointing. We expected a decent dinner when we paid $35 per person per day, but the food options were limited and not very appetizing. The lack of variety and running out of certain dishes was quite frustrating. The walls in the hotel were also quite thin, as we could hear noise from the neighboring rooms and even people outside on the street. This made it difficult to enjoy a peaceful and quiet stay.

This hotel's location is perfect for tourists as it's located next to several popular attractions and the Farmer's Market at the Ferry Building. The hotel offers easy transportation access which is extremely helpful for exploring the city. Additionally, the lobby and meeting facilities are quite impressive, there is a market place to purchase breakfast items and local artists sell their work in tents nearby.

The lighting in room 653 was quite poor, primarily consisting of desk lamps instead of overhead lighting.

This hotel is perfectly situated in the Embarcadero district, within steps of the waterfront. The location is fantastic, with easy access to the Embarcadero station and plenty of things to do just outside the door. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, with great views of the waterfront from the upper floors. The attention to detail and basic amenities, such as having a bathtub and breakfast included, make for a comfortable and convenient stay.

All was in good condition and met my expectations.

As a couple, we absolutely loved our stay at Hyatt! The location was perfect, right near the pier and ferry building, with a breathtaking bay view and a spacious balcony. The room was clean, tidy, and big, providing us with a comfortable retreat. We appreciated the reception's assistance in upgrading our room so that we could check in early. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to Union Square and the convenience of being above a station that connected to both SFO and Oakland airports made our travel experience a breeze. Furthermore, the Regency Club room provided us with free Wi-Fi, enhancing our stay.

The cleaning staff did an amazing job. The location is perfect, right opposite the ferry building and close to attractions.

It was in a fantastic area with lots of things to do just outside the door. We loved being within steps of the beautiful waterfront, it was such a picturesque sight. The staff members were all well-trained and treated us with respect, providing great service with each interaction. The room service was exceptional, and the amenities provided were top-notch. We especially enjoyed the flat-screen TV and the comfortable bed. The spa and wellness center were an added bonus, allowing us to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring the city.

I recently stayed at Hyatt Regency in San Francisco for a few days. The view from our spacious and clean room was absolutely amazing. The location exceeded our expectations, being very close to public transportation including BART, cable car line, and MUNI. The self-parking was closer than we expected, making it convenient for us. The check-in staff was extremely helpful and did everything they could to make our stay fabulous. I loved the nice facilities in the room like the coffee machine, iron, and good air conditioning. The club lounge with its 360-degree panoramic view of the bay and city was a great feature, providing free beverages, sodas, and snacks.

We also enjoyed the Regency Club floor, which provided awesome city and bay views, as well as complimentary food and drinks. this hotel provided excellent service, a great location, and wonderful amenities.
