I had a fantastic time at Sirenis! The hotel was breathtaking, with beautiful swimming pools and a stunning beach. The bartenders served drinks right on the beach, which was a lovely touch. Our room was spacious and comfortable, exactly what we needed as a family. The evening entertainment program was enjoyable, creating a great atmosphere. The buffet and a la carte restaurants offered a variety of options for lunch and dinner, so we never got bored with the food.

I must mention that during our stay, we felt that the quality of the food at the snack bar on the beach was not up to par. The snacks could have been better.

We spent our family vacation at an all-inclusive resort in a tropical location. We enjoyed the two 'party pools' with waitstaff that brought refreshing drinks all day. We had delicious meals at the Italian and Mexicali restaurants, by the beach. Our room had a fantastic view of the indigenous fauna and flora. The staff were courteous, helpful, and always available. The rooms are comfortable and spotless. We took full advantage of the amenities like water sports and historic tours.

The hotel staff were noisy early in the mornings, which woke me up.

Beautiful jungle surroundings with diverse wildlife. Spacious rooms, cleaned daily with fun towel animals. Excellent drinks service and pool activities, especially the lazy river. Good variety of restaurant options and nightly entertainment. Lots of fun excursions available in the area.

The staff at the hotel were extremely helpful and friendly. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and provided excellent service. the location of the hotel was also great, with a beautiful beach that was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sun. Additionally, the food at the buffet restaurant was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from.

There were a few areas that could use improvement. the rooms were a bit outdated and could benefit from some renovations.

The facilities at this resort are outstanding, with multiple activities offered throughout the day. I especially loved the lazy river and Dolphinarium. The staff were friendly and helpful, with the Bell Boy Carlos and Concierge Alex C. standing out. Despite a few minor issues with dinner reservations and noisy areas, overall I would highly recommend Sirenis for a fun and enjoyable vacation.

During our stay, we loved the convenient location of the hotel, which was surrounded by beautiful nature. There were plenty of activities to keep us entertained, including daily poolside events where the energetic entertainment team got everyone involved. The ala carte restaurants offered a delicious variety of food, with the steakhouse, Japanese, and Mexican being our favorites. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with fantastic air conditioning and even a luxurious jacuzzi bath. The hotel staff was always helpful and provided excellent service.

One minor inconvenience was that on one day, the cleaning service forgot to attend to our room. However, this was quickly resolved the next morning and did not significantly affect our overall experience.

Had an amazing new year at this resort! The staff were so friendly and helpful, always making sure we were comfortable. The buffet had a great variety of food and the kids loved it. The swimming pool was huge and we had a blast there, rain or shine. The lazy river was such a fun addition to the resort. We also loved the beautiful grounds and the jungle paths. Wildlife sightings were a highlight, especially the playful Coati's. The pools were fantastic, especially the Brazillian Pool. The entertainment and drinks service were excellent. a great place to celebrate new year!

There were a few downsides to our stay. The beach had a lot of seaweed, but luckily the pool made up for it.

The rooms at Grand Sirenis were spacious and beautifully decorated, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. We loved the fast Wi-Fi connection and the helpful concierge service in each building. The resort's territory was well-maintained, with plenty of interesting wildlife to see, including monkeys and iguanas. The beach was wild and picturesque, perfect for taking leisurely walks. we had a relaxing and enjoyable stay at Sirenis.
