We loved the spacious and comfortable apartment, complete with a king-sized bed and cozy fireplace. The balcony gave us a great view of the pool, hot tub, and fire pit. The location was perfect for exploring the Biltmore Estate and downtown Asheville. We appreciated the ample storage space and felt right at home in this apartment-like setting. My stay at the Residences At Biltmore was amazing! The location was perfect and the furnishings were elegant. The large bathroom with its beautiful shower added a touch of luxury to my stay. The kitchen was nicely equipped and the large TV in the room was a great addition. I would definitely consider coming back.

The furniture in the room was worn-out and in need of replacement. the sofa bed was uncomfortable and the mattresses on both beds were worn-down.

Spent Christmas at this hotel and it was a great choice! the staff was friendly and helpful, answering all our questions about the facilities and local sights. the apartment was spotless and comfortable, with a cozy fireplace and a balcony with a beautiful view. the pool was a nice bonus, perfect for a relaxing swim.

There were a couple of things that could have been better. the mattress was too soft for my liking and I felt like I was sinking into the bed.

This place is amazing. Modern apartments with two full baths, a patio, and a large king bed. Coffee maker with filters, coffee, and creamer provided. Bath towels folded into swans. Pet-friendly. Close to Biltmore estates.

I recently had the chance to stay at Residences At Biltmore and it was a fantastic experience! the 3 bedroom condo was perfect for our girls trip, with daily towel service and convenient trash pickup. the staff at the cafe and the cleaning crew were incredibly gracious and helpful. the location was ideal, just a short distance from both Biltmore village and downtown Asheville. With spacious parking and a well-equipped kitchen, it truly felt like a furnished condo where you could comfortably live. the amenities like the Jacuzzi tub and the washer and dryer were great perks too. Highly recommend!
