Julien and Bianca were accommodating and kind. The one waiter at the restaurant was sweet and attentive. The hotel is very kid-friendly. The room was clean, stocked with necessities, and well air-conditioned. The sheets were clean and white. There was a security car in the parking lot. The outside game area and movie nights were enjoyable. The breakfast was very good.

I enjoyed the outdoor activities for kids in the back of the hotel. The pool was absolutely beautiful and clean despite the fact that they could have done a better job restocking the pool towels. The location was perfect as it was just down the road from Seaworld. Overall I would recommend this hotel.

The property itself is absolutely beautiful, with a spacious and well-maintained area that gives off a peaceful walk in the park vibe. The ample seating and stunning views make it a perfect venue for hosting large events like weddings or family reunions. Our room location was fantastic, allowing us to witness the spectacular fireworks from SeaWorld right from our balcony. The pools and outdoor patios were simply gorgeous, although a bit crowded with children during our stay. Additionally, the breakfast staff was outstanding, providing excellent service throughout our visit. I also appreciated the thoughtful gesture of complimentary water bottles, especially during the hot Texas summer.

I recently stayed at Hilton in San Antonio for a few nights and had a fantastic experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure my comfort. Although the rooms didn't have refrigerators, they promptly provided one upon request. The cleanliness and comfort of the rooms were exceptional. Additionally, the hotel's location was convenient, and the check-in and check-out process was a breeze. I also greatly enjoyed the kid-friendly amenities, such as the outdoor movie nights, games, and s'mores. Finally, the frozen yogurt robot machine was a fun and delicious treat.
