Julien and Bianca were accommodating and kind. The one waiter at the restaurant was sweet and attentive. The hotel is very kid-friendly. The room was clean, stocked with necessities, and well air-conditioned. The sheets were clean and white. There was a security car in the parking lot. The outside game area and movie nights were enjoyable. The breakfast was very good.

I enjoyed the outdoor activities for kids in the back of the hotel. The pool was absolutely beautiful and clean despite the fact that they could have done a better job restocking the pool towels. The location was perfect as it was just down the road from Seaworld. Overall I would recommend this hotel.

Our stay at this hotel was wonderful! The staff was very friendly and offered complimentary bottled water and hot tea in the morning. The room was clean and comfortable with two queen beds and a fridge. The outside patio was a great place to relax. Plus, the hotel was located in a nice quiet area.

The room was not clean upon arrival and had several issues like a noisy fridge, worn furniture, and stained floors. It was also disappointing that there was no complimentary coffee available, and no room service was provided. The pool and hot tub were not well-maintained.

I recently stayed at Hilton in San Antonio for a few nights and had a fantastic experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure my comfort. Although the rooms didn't have refrigerators, they promptly provided one upon request. The cleanliness and comfort of the rooms were exceptional. Additionally, the hotel's location was convenient, and the check-in and check-out process was a breeze. I also greatly enjoyed the kid-friendly amenities, such as the outdoor movie nights, games, and s'mores. Finally, the frozen yogurt robot machine was a fun and delicious treat.

Staying here was a wonderful experience! The location was ideal, in a calm and peaceful area, which made it easy for me to relax and unwind. The staff was amazing, with consistent outstanding service that made me feel welcome and comfortable. They even accommodated my request for adjacent rooms, which was greatly appreciated. The leisure swimming pool was also a great feature, as it allowed me to cool off and enjoy the sun on the sun terrace.

We had a fantastic stay! The hotel facilities were awesome, with a movie night and smores by the firepit every Friday and Saturday. Our kids loved the kiddie pool, and the hotel's close proximity to Sea World was a major plus.

The location of this hotel is excellent, very close to SeaWorld and other major attractions. If you are in the area for business or visiting SeaWorld, this is a great place to stay. You'll love the comfortable rooms and bathrooms, as well as the friendly service. The breakfast is tasty with a good selection of food. The pool area is also a great spot to relax and enjoy the view.

There were a few issues during my stay, such as the confusion caused by inaccurate information about the breakfast setup.

The pool and fire pit areas were stunning, providing a tranquil and relaxing environment to unwind. The friendly and approachable staff were always willing to go above and beyond for their guests. Additionally, the food was fresh and tasty, with a creative range of dishes available.

Some of the in-room facilities were not up to scratch, such as the uncomfortable bed and lack of a functioning bathroom exhaust fan. The absence of a mini-fridge and unreliable ice maker were an additional inconvenience during our stay.
