Vibrant pool area with amenities, Well-equipped two-bedroom villas, Spa and massage services

Inconsistent room cleanliness and outdated room conditions are prevalent!!! The Wi-Fi is slow and unreliable, making it tough to keep up with work. Poor communication about hotel policies creates confusion. Attention to maintenance could use enhancement!!!

The pool area is simply stunning, with beautiful aesthetics that made lounging a joy. I enjoyed a fantastic meal at the on-site Fleming's Steakhouse, where delicious options were right at my doorstep. The complimentary shuttle service was a delightful bonus, making exploring nearby attractions super convenient!

My stay was memorable. From the moment I checked in, the staff made me feel like an old friend. I enjoyed dining with a server who understood gluten-free needs, making the experience pleasant. The villas offered ample space for my family and were well-kept. I loved the outdoor pool area and the shuttle service made exploring easy. I appreciated the proximity to local attractions, which was ideal for quick outings. Being from Italy, I always look for a touch of home.

The complimentary driver was a fantastic bonus, making it super easy to explore nearby areas. I loved lounging by the beautiful outdoor pool and soaking in the jacuzzi after a long day. Just a heads up, the WiFi could be a bit spotty, so be prepared if you need to stay connected! ☀️

Fantastic Family Getaway with Great Amenities!

We enjoyed our stay with spacious villas that were perfect for our family. The kids loved the large pool with floating tubes, and the outdoor bar was a great touch for parents. Don't miss the buffet breakfast. kids eat free! Just be prepared for a short walk to the main hotel area.

Had an awesome time with friends! We explored Camelback Mountain's views, visited Old Town, and enjoyed Spring Training at the Stadium. Plus, biking trails nearby were a blast. Just a heads-up, the internet was kind of spotty at times, so plan ahead if you need to stay connected.

On another note, the bathroom in my room had a really unpleasant smell, which was quite off-putting. It was frustrating when the staff didn’t seem to listen or help much.

I stayed in a Deluxe Double Room, and it was nice and spacious, especially for a solo traveler. The bed was super comfortable, which helped me sleep well. The lobby felt cozy with the fireplace too. Just wish the room had a few more kitchen utensils since I liked having a little kitchen area available. Also, the room seemed a bit outdated but clean overall. The pool area was great for relaxing after a long day, though getting service there could be hit or miss.

I stayed in a King Room with Pool View and the views were fantastic! Really enjoyed how comfy the bed was, but the vibe of the room felt kind of standard for a Hilton. Wish there were more kitchen utensils in the villa though. The place had great pool aesthetics, but just getting in and out of the room could've been better, especially since housekeeping missed our room one day. Nice amenities overall despite a few hiccups, like the mediocre room service. Still a decent stay anyway!
