I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The location couldn't have been more perfect, as it was within walking distance of all the major attractions I wanted to visit. Plus, it was conveniently close to Grand Central Terminal for easy transportation. I was thrilled to discover that the hotel had a great bar and restaurant on-site, as well as a Starbucks in the lobby. And the best part? I had a stunning view of the Empire State Building right from my hotel window!

I highly recommend this hotel to families and anyone seeking a luxurious and comfortable stay.

I appreciated the set up at the bar because it allowed for outdoor seating even for those who couldn't get vaccinated like in other places. From the moment we arrived at The Westin Hotel, the reception staff were so welcoming! We got the best room '3820'!! Views over the city and the best part was the perfect view of The Empire State Building, especially at night! The room was spacious and so clean, the beds were so comfortable, we slept so well. The Staff overall were just brilliant, from Concierge to Dining, from Valet to Housekeeping they made the 5 days even better than what I could have expected from a large city hotel! Distance into the city center was perfect for us as we walked everywhere, so close to Grand Central Station for my daughter to get the train to work in Connecticut. only one street away from my work also. which was such a coincidence. Breakfast was not part of the deal but we got complimentary vouchers from reception on arrival, we could choose a sit-down breakfast or a grab and go!! Such a lovely gesture! I cannot fault the hotel or the staff one bit, will most definitely be back to The Westin!

Wow, the suite at this hotel was unbelievably clean and spacious! The staff went above and beyond by giving us a $50 credit when our suite wasn't ready, and the day manager personally made sure our room was ready and our bags were delivered later. The gym facilities were also great. an awesome stay!

Newly renovated comfortable room with scent and featherless bedding on request with restful night's sleep. Recommended for allergy sufferers or anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing stay. This hotel has a great location for tourists as it's situated close to the attractions but not too close. The rooms are spacious and have great views of the ESB and a big comfy bed. The staff are incredibly helpful and accommodating. The bar is set up for the ones not vaccinated like other places, with an outside area.

I recently stayed at The Westin Grand Central for a short vacation. The room was clean, comfortable, and though small, it was perfect for the location in mid-town NY. The best part was the hotel's proximity to Grand Central station, making it convenient for sightseeing around Manhattan. The cleaning staff were friendly, thorough, and always made sure our room was in top shape. The hotel also gave us a corner room on a high floor, providing great views and a homey atmosphere. a wonderful experience.
