The location was convenient with easy access to shopping and dining options. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our family, ensuring we had connecting rooms. The breakfast was fantastic with a variety of options, including made-to-order dishes. This will be our go-to hotel whenever we return to Jacksonville!

The location of this hotel is unbeatable. I loved the fact that I could walk around in the morning and check out the beautiful museums nearby. Plus, there are several restaurants in the area offering all kinds of cuisines. The room was clean, spacious, and had a great view. The bathroom was well-stocked, clean, and had amazing facilities. The breakfast was delicious and had something for everyone. The staff was polite and always available to help.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Gainesville and had a mixed experience. The location of the hotel was absolutely perfect, right in the heart of Gainesville and close to the University of Florida. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the hotel itself was very clean and comfortable. I was impressed with the variety of dining options available on the property, ranging from fine dining to casual. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, providing a comfortable stay. However, there were a few areas that could be improved. The noise level was quite high, and I could hear conversations from the adjacent room. It would have been nice to have a mini fridge in the room and complimentary bottled water, as these were not provided. this hotel was a good choice for my stay, but there are some areas that could be enhanced for a better experience.

I've been a frequent guest at this hotel and I can't recommend it enough. The value for money is truly exceptional. You get a lot of bang for your buck here. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, with attention to detail that is unmatched. I particularly loved the walk-in shower in my room, it was such a refreshing experience. The hotel is conveniently located on the University of Florida campus, giving it a park-like setting. And the Butler shopping center nearby is an added bonus for any shopaholic like myself. The service provided by the staff was top-notch, they were always friendly and accommodating. And let me tell you about the breakfast at Shula's steak house - absolutely delicious, and the fact that it was included in our rate made it even better. All in all, an excellent stay.

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful. The hotel was conveniently located near the doctor's office and great dining options. The view from the room overlooked stunning 300+ year old Live Oak trees.

Staying here was an unexpectedly great experience. The location is perfect, set in a park-like setting on the university campus near the shopping center. The room was spacious and comfortable with excellent service, 24-hour reception and a fitness center, outdoor swimming pool and jacuzzi. There were all the amenities I could need, like free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. Moreover, the staff were extremely welcoming and flexible with my requests.

I recommend this place to everyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay with a genuine service and great facilities.

The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the beautiful lobby and trendy Shulas restaurant. The location was outstanding, super close to Butler Plaza and conveniently located in Gators City. The staff was friendly and accommodating, quickly resolving any issues I had, such as providing a new sheet set when needed.

The hotel's location was ideal for visiting the UF campus and exploring the surrounding area, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. Parking was convenient and free, and there were shaded spots to protect our car from the sun. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

The staff was exceptional and accommodating, granting all requests without hesitation. They allowed early check-in and late check-out. Parking with attached trailer was permitted. The bar and steakhouse staff were excellent, but the phone service could be improved after 9 pm.
