Everything was spot on.

We stayed at a hotel on our romantic getaway in the beautiful Rocky Mountain area. Our room had a breathtaking view of the golf course and the surrounding nature. The bathroom was luxuriously spacious, with a huge en-suite and a lovely welcome gift of Prosecco and sweets. We had access to amazing facilities, such as the swimming pools and spa, which were perfect for relaxation. The location was convenient, just a short walk from the main elevator bank, and we enjoyed a delicious breakfast buffet at the restaurant.

The pre-dinner drink options at the bar were limited.

We stayed in a beautiful historic hotel located in the heart of the Canadian Rockies valley. The hotel had a magnificent view of the surrounding mountains and was very close to the town. Our room in the castle was spacious with a well-equipped bathroom. The staff provided us with excellent service and a tasty breakfast. We enjoyed the lounge, restaurants, and bowling alley.

The hotel was quite busy due to an ongoing wedding event.

The room was spacious, with a comfortable bed and modern amenities. The mountain view was stunning, and I loved the luxury coffee and toiletries provided. The staff went above and beyond, fulfilling my last-minute request for a chilled bottle of bubbly for a birthday celebration. The location is spectacular, with beautiful grounds and easy access to nearby attractions.

Nothing not to like.

My partner and I had a fantastic romantic getaway at Fairmont. The highlight was spotting elk grazing right on the property. The hotel itself looks like a beautiful old castle and is just a short stroll from the city center. The renovated bathroom and new beds in our room were a nice touch. The staff were all friendly and helpful, and there was plenty to do during our stay. We highly recommend taking the gondola to Sulphur Mt. for breathtaking views. Horseback riding and a river raft trip were also memorable experiences. The hotel restaurants were great, and the room staff and concierge were attentive. If you can, I suggest staying on the Gold floor for the extra amenities and services.

fairmont banff springs exceeded expectations during our romantic trip. from the attentive staff to the luxurious accommodations, everything was perfect. the spa treatments and gluten-free meals were a delightful bonus. highly recommend!

Noise issue in room.

We recently stayed at Fairmont and had a wonderful time. Our room had a breathtaking view of Sulphur mountain, draped in snow. The Castle Pantry offered excellent value for money, and we enjoyed the included swimming pools and yoga classes. The hotel provided great facilities, such as free child carrier and bike rental. Our room was spacious, perfect for our little one to run around and they even provided a crib upon request. The staff made us feel special, upgrading our room and providing exceptional service. The building itself was magnificent, and we loved exploring all the hotel had to offer.

Would recommend this hotel.

The ambiance of the entire hotel was magical. We were in awe of the castle-like atmosphere and felt like we were in a fairytale. The lobby was superb and created a grand first impression. The check-in process was incredibly efficient, and we were pleasantly surprised to receive a pre-arrival notification. The service throughout our stay was impeccable, from the friendly and helpful concierge to the attentive staff at the Waudhaus Restaurant. Speaking of dining, the food at both the Waudhaus Restaurant and Samari Sushi was excellent. We particularly enjoyed watching the sushi chefs prepare each roll and savoring the delicious flavors. Our room was clean and spacious, with a walk-in closet that was an unexpected surprise. My husband also had a fantastic time golfing and was impressed with the quality of the course.

While the Vermilion Restaurant had good food, we expected a bit more variety on the menu, especially when it came to vegetables. The Sunday buffet also fell a bit short of our expectations for a Fairmont property.

During my Christmas stay, I loved the fact that this hotel had a historical tour available, where I learned about the fascinating background and unique features of the property. the hotel's location near the stunning mountains provided breathtaking views that made me feel like I was in a winter wonderland. Another advantage I enjoyed was the convenience of having various shops on-site, offering a great selection of items to browse and purchase.

One of the negatives about my stay was the room size. Although comfortable, the bathroom was a bit small and not suitable for sharing.

The cleanliness of the room was top-notch, with a spacious layout and a comfortable bed. The hotel facilities were outstanding, offering a private bowling alley, wine and cheese tasting, and an outdoor and indoor pool area with a bar. The staff were amazing, providing exceptional service from check-in to check-out. The breakfast options were plentiful, and the staff at the restaurant and lounge were friendly and accommodating.

The hotel's stunning location amidst snow-capped mountains and a beautiful river was absolutely breathtaking. the surrounding natural beauty was one of the highlights of our stay. Additionally, the spacious and comfortable rooms provided a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. It was the perfect setting to unwind and enjoy the serenity of the surroundings. Moreover, the hotel's proximity to the town made it convenient to explore the local attractions and restaurants.

The lack of quality in-room amenities was disappointing. the coffee maker in our room didn't work, which was a letdown considering the high price we paid for our stay.

The views are stunning, the bed is comfortable, and the staff is friendly. The building is beautiful and the facilities are complete. The check-in process is efficient and they even informed us in advance about our arrival. The restaurants offer excellent food and service. The room is clean and spacious, with a surprising walk-in closet.

Good value upgrade with dedicated check-in, buffet breakfast, and evening snacks. Lovely staff and complimentary drop off service. Large hotel with nice facilities including horse corals, pony rides, and bowling alley. Enjoyed the full-service European style and great guest service. Gondola ride recommended.
