The Front Desk staff excellent, courteous, helpful. Great breakfast, delicious coffee, variety of creamers. Clean, spacious room. Plenty of parking, convenient entrance. No need to schedule pool time, spacious hot tub.

My daughter and I stayed at Holiday Inn Express in Zanesville for a rowing regatta. The friendly night staff, Toya, gave us our to-go breakfast and snacks so we could have a quick start in the morning. The property was impressive, comfortable, and clean. We've stayed in 6 other hotels on our trip, but this was our favorite!

The breakfast was delicious, and the coffee with different creamer options was a nice touch.

The breakfast was a typical Hampton Inn buffet but it was made special by the friendly employee who put the food out for us. We would definitely stay here again. I would recommend this hotel.

The staff in the breakfast room were always available to assist and kept everything clean. The room was exceptionally clean and had a pleasant scent. I was also impressed with the helpfulness of the front desk staff, who were able to locate my IHG rewards and add my stay to my account. I highly recommend this hotel.

This will be my new favorite place for overnight stays while traveling. Easy access from the Interstate. Lots of restaurant choices close by. VERY clean, quiet, and spacious rooms. The breakfast room attendant is great - everything is kept stocked and tables are cleaned promptly - she was very helpful and cheerful. The front desk staff was knowledgeable of local restaurants and stores. They were friendly and made us feel welcomed. I wish every motel was as nice as this one.

Our stay was not without its issues. There was a loud and rowdy group of drunk people in the parking lot, which made us feel unsafe and prevented us from accessing our car.
