During my stay, I found the room to be exceptionally clean with a comfortable bed. the hotel offered a variety of amenities, and I particularly appreciated the shampoo and soaps provided. Additionally, the light blocking curtains were a unique feature that ensured a good night's sleep. the location, though initially concerning, turned out to be close to various restaurants, making dining convenient.

I stayed at Tru By Hilton for two nights for a flight from Miami airport. the hot breakfast was impressive with a unique pancake maker. the room was cozy with great amenities like light-blocking curtains. the staff was attentive, promptly restocking and cleaning the breakfast area. the location may seem remote, but it turned out fine, with easy access to the airport.

The location of the hotel was very convenient for us as it was close to the Everglades and restaurants. We were able to easily access key locations and attractions in the area. the hotel had a board by the elevators that listed things to do and places to visit, which was helpful in deciding our daily activities.

Upon arrival, our room wasn't ready and there was no communication about the delay. the hotel also seemed unprepared with long wait times at the front desk and a lack of staff.

The room at Tru By Hilton was impeccably clean and well-organized. We were impressed with the modern design and the eco-friendly shampoo/conditioner/body lotion dispenser in the bathroom. The blackout curtains were also a great addition, ensuring a peaceful sleep. the hotel offered a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Despite a few minor drawbacks, such as the lack of disposable cups in the bathroom and the disappointment with the breakfast options, we were still satisfied with our stay. We understood that these issues could be easily resolved with a few adjustments.

As a solo female traveler, I appreciated the convenient location near restaurants and easy access to Key Largo. The board by the elevators with recommendations for things to do and places to go was incredibly helpful in planning my activities.
