Filthy rooms with stained sheets and covers, broken shower knobs, and excessive dust on the bed headboard. Front desk staff provided no assistance, and communication was difficult.

Location is great, nearby airport and public transport. Clean and well-maintained rooms with comfortable beds and working aircon. Friendly and efficient staff, and fast check-in and check-out process. Basic amenities in the rooms including kettle and toiletries. a convenient and pleasant stay.

We had a great stay here. The location was really convenient - it was easy to get to Subway into New York and also close to the airport. Service was excellent and staff were friendly and helpful. The room was really nice and had everything we needed, including heating, air conditioning, and a flat-screen TV. We also really enjoyed the dining options and leisure facilities like the fitness center. Wi-Fi was strong and check-in and check-out were quick and easy.

Additionally, the room had room darkening shades that helped with uninterrupted sleep, and the late check out option until 1 PM was a great perk.
