We loved our stay at the hotel! The room was spacious and in good repair. All the staff were friendly and helpful, especially Steve Garcia at the front desk. The hotel's location was incredibly convenient, as it was within easy walking distance to many restaurants, shops, and attractions such as Temple Square, City Creek Shopping Center. This made it unnecessary for us to use transportation services during our week-long stay. We also enjoyed the little snack area and the bagged-to-go breakfast provided. The pool and sauna were a nice addition, and the overall cleanliness of the hotel was impressive.

Almost perfect, but the hotel only provided one parking pass for our group, which made it difficult to find parking for our friends' cars. This inconvenience slightly detracted from our stay and created some annoyance.

I recently stayed at Holiday Inn Express in downtown Salt Lake City for a week, as I was attending performances at the nearby Capitol Theatre and Eccles Theater. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and plenty of space for my four-year-old. The 24-hour pool and hot tub were a great way to relax after a long day, and there was even a shower spicket at the pool for convenience. The location was perfect, with shops, restaurants, and attractions within walking distance. The sack breakfasts provided were a nice touch, and the staff was amazing throughout my stay.

As longer term business travelers, we were impressed by the spacious and comfortable rooms. The recent renovation from Shilo Inn was a great improvement. The maintenance engineer quickly fixed our shower and his sense of humor made the experience even better. The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. The full-size shampoo and conditioner in the shower were a nice touch.
