From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The service was top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff members who made me feel welcome from the front desk to the bar and breakfast service. They were always ready to assist and accommodate any requests or issues that arose during my stay. The level of customer service was truly exceptional.

Absolutely nothing.

I had a great stay. The basic amenities were just what I needed and the staff were friendly and helpful. I appreciated the extras, like the bathrobes and the breakfast included. The location was a bit out of the way, but it was next to another hotel, which was convenient.

I had a great city trip and my stay at the hotel was satisfactory. the location of the hotel was very convenient, close to the airport and provided easy access to the city attractions. the room itself was beautiful and well, maintained, providing a comfortable and enjoyable stay. the staff at the hotel were amazing, providing excellent service throughout my stay and making me feel welcomed.

There were a few aspects that could have been improved. the front desk staff seemed exhausted and appeared to be disinterested during check, in.

I stayed at The Westin near the airport for a quick business trip. The beds and bedding were absolutely amazing, providing a comfortable night's sleep. The room was spacious, clean, and had nice furnishings, although some were starting to show a bit of wear. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making my stay even more enjoyable. The pool was a nice feature, and the entire property was well-maintained and quiet at night. Plus, the free parking was a pleasant surprise.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The front desk clerk was great and the staff were very welcoming and sweet. The facility looked top notch and had great amenities, including a larger pool and hot tub than most hotels. The gym was excellent and we had a great workout. The restaurant was very nice and the food was excellent. We also appreciated the convenient location for requesting a shuttle pickup from the airport and it was a short drive to both the Baltimore area and the cruise port. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, staff, and transportation options were top-notch.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel near the airport. The staff went above and beyond to make my experience exceptional. They even upgraded my son and daughter-in-law's room for free as a wedding gift. The hotel's proximity to our house and its excellent treatment of guests has made it my go-to spot for future business trips and a recommendation for friends and family. Special thanks to the hotel management for their exceptional service.

The hotel has a beautiful lobby and a decent sized bar and restaurant. Plenty of parking available and a club lounge on the 7th floor. the staff was friendly and accommodating, offering upgrades and free amenities.

The bathroom was not up to standard, with a shabby tub and deteriorating grout. the location is a bit confusing to navigate, requiring twists and turns on poorly lit roads.

As someone with physical handicaps, I appreciated the hotel's accommodations and staff assistance. The manager went above and beyond to find another hotel when unforeseen circumstances forced the closure of the property during my stay. The comfortable bed and soothing shower with a square shower head were highlights. The hotel's proximity to the Capitol Jazz Festival and the easy access to food options and a Starbucks made my stay even more convenient. The staff, from front desk to housekeeping to restaurant and shuttle drivers, were exceptional.

The room was spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I even considered purchasing the mattress for myself! The hotel had a club room where you could still enjoy soda, coffee, and snacks. The hot tub was relaxing, but the pool was a bit chilly. The staff was generally friendly and helpful, although there were a few who were dismissive and rude. The shower was great and the bathroom towels were soft. The food at the restaurant was surprisingly delicious and the staff there were pleasant and helpful. The hotel was conveniently close to the airport, which was perfect for our trip.

On the day of check-out, I encountered a small issue with the front desk. However, it was quickly resolved, allowing me to make my early departure as planned.
