We had an exceptional stay at this hotel! The room was modern, clean, and spacious. The complimentary breakfast had a great variety, including amazing cinnamon buns. Although it was further from downtown Cleveland, it was perfect for our event. we highly recommend Holiday Inn Express!

The hot breakfast buffet was more than we expected, with a variety of options including eggs , turkey sausage, bacon, biscuits and gravy. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The staff, especially the young lady at the front desk with long blonde hair, were exceptional and made sure our needs were met. The location to the Medina area was convenient, with easy access to nearby restaurants.

I recently stayed at a hotel in a great location in the Medina area. The room was spacious and clean, with plenty of storage for all my belongings. The bathroom had a large glass shower and the bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service. The breakfast was delicious and had a great selection. The hotel also had a pool and gym facilities for guests to enjoy.

I was disappointed that there was no directory in the room with information about nearby restaurants or general hotel information.

Great location for exploring Medina area. Rooms are very modern, clean and spacious with working AC. The indoor pool and workout facilities are top notch. The breakfast selection is excellent and comes with the room at a reasonable price. From the reviews, I liked how the hotel is described as being immaculately clean and smelling new, with modern and nice accommodations. That really stood out to me.
