I recently stayed at a hotel near DFW airport and overall, it was a great experience. The location was perfect, with many restaurants within walking distance and even more just a short drive away. The hotel itself was nice, with spacious rooms and a friendly staff. The A/C and heat worked well, keeping the room comfortable during my stay.

I did have an issue with my room. There was a strong mold smell that hit me as soon as I walked in.

I recently stayed at a hotel near DFW with excellent shuttle service 24 hrs a day. The room was clean, well-kept, and had plenty of large, soft towels in the bathroom. The basic internet provided was more than satisfactory, and the lobby offered a relaxing atmosphere. The location was convenient, with easy access to major highways and a variety of quality restaurants nearby. I had a great stay.

The pillows were flat and uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. The walls were thin, and I could hear other guests talking, which was somewhat bothersome.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The cleanliness was outstanding, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The front desk attendant even surprised me with a delicious chai tea for my room's Keurig. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and I particularly enjoyed the comfortable lobby and the relaxing outdoor sitting areas. The shuttle service was a great convenience, as it provided transportation within a 5-mile radius without any extra payment required. Additionally, the location of the hotel was fantastic - close to many restaurants, historic Grapevine, and easy to get in and out of, not to mention its proximity to downtown Grapevine.

For us, it was ideal.

The value for the money was excellent, with a spacious and comfortable room. The hotel's location was convenient, close to shops and a farmers' market. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and always ready to help.

The hotel breakfast menu could have been improved, perhaps by offering more variety or adding some special dishes.

This hotel is conveniently located near a variety of restaurants and fast food spots, making it easy to find a meal. Despite being close to the airport, it is surprisingly quiet. the rooms are well-lit and have plenty of power outlets, as well as convenient amenities like a microwave, fridge, and coffee maker. Additionally, the hotel offers a great fitness center and an indoor salt water pool, perfect for staying active during your stay.

One downside is that there is no outdoor pool or sunbathing area, so if you're looking to relax by the pool, you'll have to go to a neighboring hotel. Additionally, the pillows in my room had a bad smell, and even though I informed housekeeping, they were not replaced or properly cleaned.

I recently stayed at the Hilton in Grapevine and I was impressed by the cleanliness of the facility. The location was safe and convenient, with plenty of restaurants nearby. The bed was comfortable and the staff was friendly, making my stay enjoyable. I would recommend this hotel for its cleanliness and friendly staff.

Tessa made my late check-in smooth and provided excellent customer service. The shuttle service was convenient and prompt. Lance was the friendliest staff member and made my stay comfortable. The beds were comfy, and the cleaning crew was polite. The pool was relaxing and not crowded. The location was good, close to historic Grapevine. I could walk to a restaurant for supper. The man at the front desk was helpful and even gave me a chai tea for my room.

Felt safe walking at night, nothing was too much trouble.

This hotel provides excellent value for your money. The rooms are larger than expected and very roomy, making for a comfortable stay. I was pleasantly surprised to find a microwave and refrigerator in the room, adding to the convenience. Additionally, the location of the hotel is great as it is convenient to shopping, restaurants, the Convention Center, and the airport. It was perfect for our weekend shopping trip.

The staff went above and beyond to ensure that my workers could get some rest after a mix-up with the reservation. I appreciated their helpfulness and understanding.
