I recently stayed at Hampton Inn in Derby for a few days with my family while our house was on the market. The staff was incredibly accommodating and friendly, making us feel welcome during this stressful time. The clean rooms and excellent facilities, including a clean pool, added to our pleasant stay. The staff's assistance in finding a lost jacket and their overall helpfulness made a positive impression. I will definitely choose to stay at this hotel again in the future.

We experienced issues with the air conditioning in both rooms we were assigned. the first room had a noisy A/C that could not be fixed, and although we were moved to another room, the A/C in that room also developed a noise.
