They were able to assist us with a problem we had with a third-party booking and extended our stay to accommodate my niece and her newborn. The location was also very convenient, and the room was nice and clean. The breakfast provided was of good quality, with fresh and tasty options. we were impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel and the excellent service from the staff.

In terms of drawbacks, it was a bit disappointing that the breakfast policy of shutting down at 8:30 AM was not communicated clearly. We arrived at 8:30 and there was no hot food available.
