We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff at the front desk were very quiet and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The parking was conveniently located and made it easy for us to come and go as we pleased. The view from our room was absolutely stunning, and we enjoyed sitting out on the small balcony to take it all in. The towels provided in the room were plentiful and clean, adding an extra touch of comfort to our stay. this hotel was a great choice for a quiet and relaxing stay while still being in the heart of this city.

The bathroom was a bit dated and the shower curtain had mildew. Happened to notice baseboards were dusty because I stored my suitcase on the floor.

The staff were warm and friendly, providing excellent customer service throughout my stay. The rooms were comfortable and well-equipped, with great bedding and pillows. The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the center of the city with convenient parking and wifi included.

The bathroom was cramped and the balcony needed some renovations, with some cleanliness issues. The breakfast room was smaller than expected and the quality of the afternoon tea and cookies was not up to standard.

Great location right in the heart of the city and close to everything. the view from the balcony was amazing, overlooking the marina. the staff was friendly and helpful, always ready to provide information about the area. the daily breakfast was delicious and there were cookies in the afternoon, which was a nice touch.

The lack of an elevator was a major inconvenience, especially when carrying heavy luggage up and down the stairs. It would have been much more convenient to have an elevator in the building.

They even provided gluten-free options for breakfast, showing their attention to detail. The staff was courteous and made us feel welcome throughout our visit. The location was perfect, with shops and restaurants just a short walk away. The free parking right by the hotel was an added convenience. The room itself was comfortable and had no issues with noise. our experience at the Harborside Inn was fantastic, and I would highly recommend it.

The hotel's location was perfect, right in the center of Newport. I loved being able to walk to restaurants and shops, and there were some excellent dining options nearby. The breakfast provided was delicious and freshly prepared by the staff. I also appreciated the cleanliness of the room and the hotel facilities.

We had a blast at this place! The room was like paradise, with an epic view. The bed was heaven on earth, seriously the comfiest hotel bed ever. The location was so convenient to all the awesome attractions in town. This was our second stay and definitely won't be our last. We adore it!

The hotel had a great breakfast with a variety of cereals, fresh fruits, and drinks. the location was perfect, close to many good restaurants and shopping spots. Best aspect was the cozy and clean room with a nice balcony and an amazing view of the harbor.

We had a very uncomfortable shower experience because the bathtub was very slippery and dangerous. the parking policy of only allowing one car per room was inconvenient for us since we were traveling with two cars.
