The staff here are very attentive and helpful, ensuring our stay was comfortable from start to finish. There were several amenities we enjoyed during our stay here. The in-room coffee maker, small fridge, and microwave were very convenient for us. We also appreciated the high-quality bedding and soft pillows, allowing us to get a great night's sleep. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of choices, and we loved that the kids ate for free! Finally, we made use of the pool and spa facilities, and found them to be a great way to unwind after a long day walking around the Disney parks. we would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

The location of this hotel is great for getting to the nearby parks; with restaurants within walking distance of the Onyx restaurant, it was easy to grab a quick bite before heading out for the day. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean and cozy.

The pool area was quite small and crowded, making it tough to enjoy a relaxing afternoon there.

The facility was clean with comfy beds. Easy access for pet owners and breakfast was decent. Staff was friendly. our stay at this hotel was great. The facility was clean and the beds were very comfortable, which made for a good night's sleep. As bike riders, we appreciated that they accommodated us at the end of the hallway near the elevator, making it easy to let our pet out. However, if you don't have a pet, we would suggest staying away from the end of the hallway as you can hear the elevator and ice machine. The staff was friendly, always greeting us with a smile. The rooms were cleaned promptly each time we requested, and the bathrooms and bedding were clean. The buffet breakfast was excellent with a spacious eating area. We also enjoyed the nice gift shop. no complaints, it was a pleasant stay.

Additionally, the hotel had excellent facilities, including a restaurant with delicious food and a standout breakfast with fresh omelettes cooked in front of you.

Friendly and helpful staff at the front desk and bar/restaurant area. The bar/eating area is a nice addition as not all nearby hotels have this amenity. The food and drink options are perfect after a long day at Disneyland. The rooms are well-cleaned and receive full service. The suites are Disney-themed and add an extra touch of magic. The pool and splash park provide a refreshing way to cool off on hot days.

The front desk girls were unfriendly and never smiled. The pet policy was not enforced properly, and I encountered dogs on floors other than the designated pet floors.
