Jacuzzi had no step for easy exit.

The views from my balcony were breathtaking! The location was perfect for exploring nearby attractions. Check-in and out was smooth without needing a deposit.

Noise from adjacent rooms was quite disruptive, and I noticed the mattresses were uncomfortably firm, certainly a downside during my stay!

The pool area feels unwelcoming, a bit dark and small!!! Also, the lack of towel bars in the bathroom is a curious oversight!!! I found the lighting in the room overwhelmingly bright at times!!!

This place had a lovely king suite with a proper clean shower and a huge garden tub, which was just the ticket! Only downside was the mattress was a bit firm for my liking. But, that brekkie at the pancake house across the street was spot on!

thin walls that made it hard to sleep peacefully. Our neighbors were quite loud and the ice machine didn't help. On the bright side, the river view from our balcony was stunning, and the pancake breakfast deal was a nice touch.

The staff made check-in smooth, and having multiple parking spots available was a major plus. While the location was convenient, noise from adjacent rooms did disrupt our experience a bit.

The location was fantastic and made it easy for us to explore the area with our four kids. We enjoyed the indoor pool and the breakfast vouchers were a hit with everyone, especially our youngest who loved pancakes at the nearby spot.

My kids wished for a bit more soundproofing from the rooms above us.

the elevator was outta order which was kinda annoying. but honestly, the indoor heated pool was such a highlight. loved the free breakfast voucher at the nearby pancake joint too. the views of the mountains were totally awesome!

the location is perfect right in the busiest area of pigeon forge so many attractions nearby. the balcony gave me a great view of the mountains. the staff really went above and beyond even giving us breakfast vouchers for that awesome place across the street.

I enjoyed my stay, especially the clean two-bedroom suite which worked perfectly for my family. The staff provided friendly service. While breakfast was not on-site, the voucher for the restaurant across the street was a nice touch and the food was delicious. The location made it easy to explore nearby attractions, and I appreciate how convenient it was for all of us, traveling from New York with my family. It felt like a great choice for our getaway.

We had such a blast! The room was super clean and comfy, and the staff were really nice. Plus, we loved chilling in the picnic area outside! Only thing was the lack of breakfast on site, but we got a voucher and the food across the street was yummy. Definitely our new fav spot!
