Great location! The room was spacious and comfy, with a fireplace and a Jacuzzi we didn't use. Loved the balcony for evenings. Lots of channels on the TV. Clean pool and nice spa area for kids. Free breakfast coupon, pretty lobby, and friendly staff. Hot shower with good pressure. Everything neat and modern.

Great location with easy access to attractions and covered parking. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, perfect for a day out, though it felt sparsely furnished. Breakfast options were decent at the nearby pancake house, but don't expect a full spread. Some decor felt dated and lacking, particularly in the bathroom, which was quite small. Friendly staff and smooth check-in were big positives. A few noisy neighbors disrupted the peace occasionally, but overall, it was a solid value for the price—definitely somewhere I'd consider returning.

The hotel is right on the main strip making it super easy to walk to the nearby Old Mill area and you can enjoy great views for the 4th of July fireworks from your room while being just a few steps from many restaurants like Reagan's House of Pancakes and The Old Mill’s Farmhouse Kitchen giving you plenty of great food options to start your day plus the room was spacious and clean with a cozy kitchenette that made it feel like home but it would have been nice to have coffee provided in the room.

The shared balconies without dividers could be a bit awkward, especially if you prefer more privacy. the issue with smokers on adjacent balconies affecting the air quality was a drawback, making it hard to fully enjoy the balcony overlooking the river.

The walls were paper-thin, making it hard to sleep with noise from the ice machine and lobby. The shared balcony was not ideal, as we would have preferred a private space. The musty smell in the room was a bit off-putting, and the water had a strange taste, so we had to bring our own bottled water. The pillows provided were uncomfortable, leading to a restless night's sleep. Riverside Tower has its pros and cons. While there were aspects we enjoyed, such as the spacious room and friendly staff, improvements could be made in terms of noise insulation, balcony privacy, and room amenities. Despite these issues, we would consider staying again in the future.

The King Suite was cozy and just as depicted online. The bed was exceptionally comfy. The fireplace added a beautiful touch, though the glass needed a cleaning. There was noise from adjoining rooms, which affected the comfort. The shared balcony offered nice views, but the second room lacked air flow, making it warm with the door closed. We enjoyed the breakfast voucher to Reagan’s Pancake House. Parking was convenient, but the pool chemicals caused irritation for my son. Hair dryers and irons would be a great addition for enhanced comfort.

The river view from my room was stunning. The two-room setup was perfect for a little extra space, and the free breakfast at the pancake house hit the spot.
