Featuring a balcony with breathtaking river views, the suite I stayed in was like the cherry on top of an already wonderful cake. Sipping my morning coffee on the balcony, with the tranquil river below, felt like being in my own little oasis amidst the hustle and bustle of Pigeon Forge.

The location of Riverside Tower was convenient for my transit, being only 40 km away from the nearest airport. The hotel also provided free WiFi, which was useful for planning my next travel arrangements.

The room I was assigned had some minor maintenance issues, such as a scratched toilet and loose toilet seat. Despite the inconveniences, the overall stay was satisfactory for a brief stopover.

The room at Riverside Tower was updated and very clean, with a spa tub that was perfect for relaxation after a long day. The added value of breakfast vouchers and the proximity to the front desk made my stay incredibly convenient.

The initial room had a minor issue with a leaking ceiling from the upstairs tub, but the staff promptly addressed it and moved me to a new room.

The setup of the room with the bathroom in between the beds and the hard floors instead of carpet was great; made the room feel spacious and clean. The staff were super friendly and helpful! Loved chilling on the balcony, and having the fireplace in the room was a cozy surprise. Unfortunately, the beds were way too firm for our liking, but honestly, that was the only downside. fantastic stay!👌

Riverside Tower offers clean, updated rooms with a nice balcony view. Enjoyed the free pancake breakfast option across the street or upgrade to buffet for $5.00, a great value. the king suite with jacuzzi was spacious and relaxing. Affordable rates and comfortable amenities make this a top choice.

I always stay here for my city trips. The helpful staff made sure I found all the attractions. The place suits me perfectly with Free Wi-Fi, Free parking, 24-hour reception, and an indoor swimming pool. I keep coming back and have no regrets.

the hotel was super clean and the location was amazing - right on the main strip with easy access to everything. we got a voucher for a nearby pancake house for breakfast, and the room had a fireplace and a spa tub. it was like having a mini-kitchenette in the room, and we saw an eagle fly by twice.

The location is fantastic, within walking distance to Patriot Park and the trolley. The room was clean with comfortable beds and a lovely fireplace. The indoor swimming pool was a great relaxation spot. Despite some noise and smell issues on our floor, the hotel's proximity to family-friendly landmarks like The Island in Pigeon Forge and Dolly Parton's Stampede enhanced our family bonding experience.

I had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel. the location was fantastic, with beautiful views of a little river just across the street. It provided a lovely backdrop for my morning coffee by the fireplace. Speaking of coffee, I appreciated that the room had a coffee maker, even though coffee wasn't provided. It was a bit of a hassle to buy my own supplies, but it made the mornings extra cozy. Secondly, the staff was friendly and helpful, making sure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Lastly, the basic amenities in the room were great, and I loved having a balcony to relax on. Plus, the breakfast at the pancake house across the street, thanks to the voucher provided, was a delicious start to the day.

The breakfast at Reagan's Pancake house was exceptional, and the Old Mill Village was a favorite spot. The room was a nice size with a great Jacuzzi tub. The staff gave a helpful heads up about elevator maintenance, which we appreciated. A lovely stay overall.
