I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The gym was excellent and conveniently located, allowing me to start my day by walking over the bridge and enjoying the beautiful greenery and waterfall. The bed was wonderful, and the view from my room was perfect for watching the fireworks on the 4th of July. The staff, from the young man who checked me in to the valet parking attendants, were all incredibly helpful and had a great attitude. The hotel's location was also ideal, as it was close to everything I was doing during the weekend.

I recently stayed at this luxurious hotel and I was blown away! First of all, the location was absolutely perfect– it was close to everything I wanted to do. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, and they even helped me with my luggage. The room itself was very comfortable and had everything I needed, including a balcony and a fridge. The amenities were top-notch, and I especially appreciated the sauna and swimming pool. this place exceeded my expectations and I would definitely stay here again.

I highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.

The view from my room was amazing, overlooking the WWI museum. The bed was super comfortable, and the location was perfect for sightseeing. Despite a miscommunication about amenities, staff was prompt in resolving the issue. I would recommend Westin.

The Westin offers fantastic views, a great location, and comfortable accommodations. The rooftop heated pool with a bar is the perfect spot to relax in the sun. The Brasserie in the lobby serves delicious food and drinks, and there are always interesting people due to the conventions hosted here.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel for our family staycation. The view of downtown and Union Station was stunning and the hotel's proximity to Crown Center shops and restaurants was convenient. The staff was helpful and accommodating, upgrading us to a corner room and ensuring our group of friends stayed on the same floor. The hotel's location above a mall and close to the bus made exploring the area easy. The continental breakfast was delicious and the pool was open from 5am to 10pm. We will definitely be back.

The location of this hotel was fantastic, with plenty of nearby attractions and a mall within walking distance. the proximity to the Union Station and hop, on, hop, off bus made exploring the area easy. the hotel lobby was spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast offered was quite good. the valet and doorman were very helpful, especially a kind and friendly older gentleman. the guest rooms were updated and comfortable, with great views and a nice bathroom.

There were some cleanliness issues during our stay, with dirty dishes and trash bags left in the hallway for the entire duration. Additionally, it was disappointing that Wi, Fi had an extra charge, especially considering the price of the rooms.

The hotel is situated in an excellent location, close to many attractions, Crown Center mall, and right across the street from everything. The lobby area is welcoming with plants, and the rooms are large and comfortable. The bar serves well-made appetizers and drinks.

The hotel parking is problematic and expensive, and elevators are not fully functional at times.

The view of downtown Kansas City from my room was absolutely stunning. The recently remodeled room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The gymnasium and pool area had a great selection of workout options. The staff was friendly and polite, and the shuttle service made it convenient to explore nearby locations. I highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed at this hotel during Thanksgiving and we were pleased that they offered complimentary turkey sandwiches and pumpkin pie to their guests. the location of the hotel was great, we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. We also enjoyed the convenience of having a small convenience store on site.

Our room had multiple issues such as dirty floors with cobwebs and dead bugs, a half used roll of toilet paper, and the cost of the hotel's wifi was ridiculous. We were also surprised when the hotel immediately charged us the full amount even though it states we would pay at the hotel.
