We had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn in Madison! We were traveling with our 4-year-old grandson who has autism, and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us. Although the pool closed early, the kids eat free program was a fantastic perk. We enjoyed a delicious meal at the attached Italian restaurant, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The hotel provided plenty of towels, and the parking was convenient. The desk staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly, and they even solved a small reservation issue with persistence. a great experience!
