The hotel staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, changing our room to one facing the airport and providing a crib for our son in just minutes. The lobby and dining area were beautiful, and the room layout was adorable. The balcony had a great view and the location was convenient. The parking was ample and the front desk and shuttle bus personnel were friendly and helpful.

This hotel is perfect for our needs. It is located halfway between the beautiful beaches and the South Coast Plaza shopping center. It is also very close to the airport, making it convenient for travelers. The staff here is friendly and kind, and the service is both professional and helpful. We were impressed with the beautifully renovated rooms, which were clean and comfortable. The amenities provided, such as the ironing facilities and in-room safe, were also greatly appreciated. We loved the leisure swimming pool and jacuzzi, as well as the lovely garden area. this place is our favorite when we visit this area.

The only small drawback we noticed was the lack of personality and warmth from the staff member at the coffee area. However, this did not detract from our overall positive experience.

We had a great stay at this place! The location is very convenient as it is directly across the street from the airport. We were able to easily catch our flight without any hassle. The hotel is also near local beaches, which was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful scenery. The staff, from the front desk staff to the waiters, were all friendly and provided excellent service. They were always available to help and made our stay very comfortable.

I had the best stay at this hotel! The bed was incredibly comfy, and the large TV in the room was a great addition. I also loved the pool, it was so refreshing. Despite being near the airport, I couldn't hear any planes from my quiet room. The staff were friendly and helpful, and I appreciated having free parking unlike other hotels in this area.

The hotel location is convenient, between the beaches and quite near the airport, for those looking to avoid high beach prices. However, the lobby feels sterile and uninviting. The rooms are adequate, with good quality bathroom amenities, and efficient climate control, but the motion sensors for lights are annoying. The bed is comfortable but noise from the flight takeoff and landings is noticeable. The breakfast buffet is great value but quite standard. The staff is generally friendly and professional, providing prompt service.

The hotel seems to have an issue with the AC failing quite frequently during the hot weather.

The pool area and jacuzzi were the perfect places to unwind and relax, especially with the beautiful evening lighting. Special shoutout to the team for accommodating my son's love for airplanes by changing our room to one facing the airport - he loved it! The quick and easy reservation change, as well as the prompt delivery of a crib and microwave, went above and beyond my expectations. This has truly been one of my best hotel experiences. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We will definitely be returning!

We had an easy time getting to this hotel next to the airport in Newport Beach. The beds were great, providing us with a comfortable night's sleep. The food at the hotel was also fantastic, especially the complimentary breakfast. The cleanliness of the hotel and its facilities were top-notch. The location was ideal, being close to Newport beach without the high prices of staying directly on the beach.

Additionally, the hotel's location near the airport was convenient for easy travel.

One downside was the expensive buffet-style breakfast, which felt outrageously priced. the cost of the breakfast didn't seem justified, especially when considering the already high price of the room.
