I recently stayed at Leonardo Royal, St Paul's for a couple of nights. The staff were incredibly helpful, going the extra mile by printing a document for me and ensuring I had a peaceful night's sleep in a quiet room. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and I appreciated the thoughtful bathroom lighting. The hotel's location was convenient, with attractions and public transportation nearby. the experience was enjoyable, with delicious food, great amenities, and friendly service.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff at check-in were great, making us feel welcome and providing excellent service. The hotel is located in the St. Paul's area of this city, right next to the iconic Saint Paul's Cathedral. It's a perfect location for exploring the classical tourist places in the center. The hotel itself is very stylish and clean, with excellent facilities. The breakfast provided was delicious, and the staff were always prompt in attending to any requests we had. we were highly impressed by the cleanliness, location, hotel facilities, breakfast, and staff.

The location of Leonardo Royal St Paul's is unbeatable, just a stone's throw away from several attractions. Rooms are spacious and modern, with great amenities including a gym and spa. Despite a minor issue with the TV, our stay was enjoyable and comfortable. we would recommend this hotel.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The concierge and Nick at the front desk went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The complimentary breakfast and welcome bag were a nice touch. The Rena spa was a great bonus with clean and well-maintained facilities. The location near St Paul's Subway station and the Sabine rooftop bar with stunning views of St Paul's Cathedral were perfect.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right in the center of the financial district and near St. Paul's Cathedral. It was so convenient for all of our excursions, and being between two tube stations made it easy to get around the city. The room itself was fantastic, with all the amenities we needed like ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. The bed was incredibly comfortable, probably the comfiest bed we've ever slept in at a hotel. The hotel also had a great pool area with a sauna and steam room, perfect for relaxing in the morning.

The only minor disappointment was that the staff did not fulfill our special request for chocolates in the room as a birthday treat for my partner, even though they had agreed to it. It would have been nice if they had made that extra effort to make our stay even more special.

Comfortable stay, good location for business, friendly staff.

Although there were some minor drawbacks mentioned in the reviews, such as issues with the old section of the hotel and cleanliness concerns, I did not encounter these problems during my stay in the newer wing. The room was well-maintained and up to standard, with a modern bathroom that had a separate shower and ample storage space.

We loved staying in this place because of its excellent location which is within walking distance to many tourist attractions and accessible to cheaper tubes. The hotel services were top-notch including the room service, car hire, and medical facilities. The in-room amenities were complete and it helped us relax comfortably like the air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, mini-bar, safe, hairdryer. We were impressed with the buffet breakfast and the dining restaurant that offered special diet menus. Aside from that, the staff fulfilled our request to put chocolates in the room as a birthday treat for my partner.

Although we were pleased with our stay, we were a bit disappointed when the hotel staff didn't help us make it special for our partner's birthday even though we requested it. Despite this, we still recommend this hotel to families who want to have a memorable and comfortable stay.

The hotel had amazing decor with all glass walls and marble floors, giving it a luxurious feel. the unique idea of having the bedroom window looking down into the bar area surrounded by beautiful greenery was a great touch. the staff were incredibly welcoming and genuinely wanted guests to enjoy their stay. the location was perfect, with stunning views right next to a famous landmark. We also loved the complimentary fruit water, cake, and apples at the reception.

The hotel lacked customer service. They did not respond to emails or phone calls, making it difficult to communicate with them.
