Great location, close to many attractions and amenities. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing excellent customer service. The room was clean and comfortable, with a modern and trendy design. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. We also enjoyed the complimentary wine hour and the selection of wine offered.

The breakfast options were limited, especially if you wanted something sweet. The prices for certain items, like the chocolate croissants, were steep compared to other places in the city. We ended up having breakfast outside of the hotel during our stay. Additionally, there were unexpected fees that added to the overall cost of the room, which gave us an unpleasant surprise.

We loved the spacious room with two large beds, perfect for adventure travelers like us. The complimentary wine in the evenings was a great bonus. The early check-in and late check-out were very accommodating. The hotel's convenient location near Union Square and walking distance to major sights was a major plus. The lobby's cozy fireplace was a great spot to meet up with family members. The staff, especially Damian, provided a warm and welcoming reception. The hotel's cleanliness and helpfulness of the staff were also impressive.

We loved staying at this downtown hotel! The location was perfect for us to explore various areas around Union Square. The staff was friendly and welcoming and even found out it was our anniversary and gave us complimentary champagne. The room amenities were great, including heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, in-room safe, and flat-screen TV. The hotel also had a sauna and fitness center for leisure. we had a great experience and would recommend this place to anyone.

The paid Wi-Fi and parking, but it didn't take away from our stay. This venue was worth the price for the quality and service.

We loved the eclectic décor and comfortable beds at this boutique gem near Union Square. The staff was helpful and accommodating, and the rooms and bathrooms were clean. The location was perfect, with convenient amenities like Walgreens, restaurants, and a grocery store nearby. The gym, though small, had a good variety of equipment and even had mini TVs attached to the cardio machines. a great choice for a central San Francisco hotel.

The hotel had a trendy and aesthetically pleasing design, both in the room and in the lobby. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city and close to everything we wanted to see and do. The staff were extremely professional and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

One downside was the addition of "resort fees" which I found unnecessary for a city hotel. Additionally, the valet parking fee was quite expensive, especially considering the resort fee.

The service at this place was outstanding, with the staff providing prompt and excellent customer service. I had a fantastic stay at The Marker and was blown away by the amenities. I loved starting my day with a delicious cup of coffee in the cozy lounge and ending it with a glass of wine during the evening social hour. The room was beautifully decorated and the bathroom was spacious and luxurious. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction, especially the manager Azucena, who resolved a billing issue with grace and professionalism. The location was perfect, with numerous shopping and dining options just a short walk away. I was also impressed by the cleanliness of the room and the overall facility. Despite a minor issue with the broken lamp in the room, I would still highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay in a great location.

There were too many amenities that cluttered the room, making it feel a bit overwhelming. Would have preferred a more minimalist approach to in-room offerings.
