Great spot near all the sights

Really loved the location! Super close to all the historical sites, and the rooftop restaurant is a must for drinks—what a view! Breakfast was on point too. Our room was comfy, but one of the three rooms we booked didn’t have the best view of the Acropolis. Some staff could’ve been friendlier, though.

The hotel's central location made it easy to explore Athens, with major monuments and museums just across the street. The spacious rooms provided comfortable accommodation for our family, and the nearby shopping district offered a great opportunity for some family shopping time. The hip Ladadika area and the Olympion cinema, hosting the Thessaloniki International Film Festival, right across the street, allowed us to enjoy some local entertainment without having to travel far. Additionally, the hotel's All-day Beach Venue with its daily performances by house DJs provided a fun and enjoyable experience for the whole family.

My children wished for more kid-friendly activities within the hotel.

The location was perfect – we could walk to every cool spot in the city, and the rooftop pool and eating area had the sickest view of the Parthenon and Acropolis! Plus, breakfast was next level – so much delicious food.

One thing that would've made this perfect for young party-goers like us? It would've been awesome to have an extra chic all-day beach venue attached to the hotel for some beach fun in the city!

I stayed at Electra Metropolis hotel Athens purely for a transit during my travel, and it met my needs perfectly. The convenience of its location, being just a 5-minute walk from Syntagma and a 10-minute walk from Monastiraki, made my stay effortless as I could easily access transportation and explore the city.

The outdoor pool is quite small and would feel crowded with more than six people in it, which may be off-putting for those seeking a relaxing swimming experience.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel in the centre of the main buzzing area. The location was perfect, as we were able to walk to all the relevant attractions in this city. The cleanliness of the rooms was spot on, and we loved the fact that we had the option of a bath and shower. The hotel facilities were great, especially the rooftop bar with stunning views. The staff were fantastic and made our honeymoon even more special.

While my overall experience was outstanding, I did encounter some noise from garbage collectors during the night. This minor disturbance interrupted my sleep for a brief moment.

This hotel is in a great location, right in the very centre of the city. It's off the main street, close to everything, and in a great neighbourhood close to all the historical sights. The staff here went above and beyond to give me the best services. The doorman, in particular, was lovely and could not have been more helpful. The room was very spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a great stay. The rooftop restaurant offered an amazing view, and the food there was delicious. I also enjoyed the rooftop pool area, perfect for relaxing and enjoying some drinks.

I highly recommend this place to all my friends.

Loved the retro lounge area, felt like I was in a time warp. The buffet had an impressive spread, especially the local charcuterie and cheese. Also, the marble-tiled bathroom was a fancy touch.

Oh, and let's not forget the joy of having to buy water after the first day. So delightful.
