The second-floor lobby had a great coffee and tea station with beautiful music. The breakfast voucher for $5 at Incrediburger was a wonderful bonus. The room was spacious and the hotel had a lovely ambiance.

The location was ideal, as it was within walking distance to downtown attractions and activities. the hotel had a charming vibe and a convenient location.

There were a few drawbacks to my stay. First, there was a train track nearby, and the noise from the passing trains woke me up multiple times throughout the night.

This hotel is a hidden gem in the heart of downtown! The location couldn't be better, with great restaurants and shopping right at your doorstep. It's a perfect spot for arts and entertainment enthusiasts, as it's close to the theater district and entertainment centers. The staff provided excellent service, and the basic amenities in the rooms, like the plush and comfortable bed, cable TV, mini fridge/microwave. Another bonus was the unique atmosphere of the converted rooms-turned-bar/restaurant, The Guilded Unicorn, which added lots of character to our experience.

The service here is top-notch; the room service was prompt and housekeeping kept my room immaculate throughout my stay. I loved the welcome drink upon check-in and the amenities in my room. The heating and air conditioning provided a comfortable temperature, and the sitting area was perfect for relaxing. I was also entertained by the flat-screen TV.
