The staff at this hotel were extremely rude and incompetent. They had poor communication skills and seemed more interested in taking money than providing good service.

The location of this hotel is perfect for those who want to stay close to the airport and have access to some good restaurants as well as two malls. The staff is attentive and provides good service. Rooms are clean and have been renovated recently. Breakfast is included, which is a great value for money.

I recently stayed at Holiday Inn in Tampa for a quick and comfortable visit. The rooms may be small, but they are spotlessly clean and the beds are incredibly comfortable. The hotel's location is perfect, with easy access to the highway and within 15 minutes of all the attractions I wanted to visit. It's also conveniently situated next to a mall, making shopping a breeze. I appreciated the added security of needing a card to use the elevator and the attentive staff who made me feel welcomed and remembered my birthday. I will definitely choose this location for all my future visits.

Rooms were clean and comfortable, and amenities like the pool were refreshing. The complimentary shuttle service to and from the airport was a great bonus. a reasonably priced and pleasant stay.

Spacious rooms and comfortable beds were a highlight of our stay. The bathroom setup was also very nice. Moreover, the hotel's location was convenient, especially for reaching the Raymond James stadium and the airport. Another advantage we enjoyed was the reasonably priced Uber rides to these locations.

One of the downsides was the soft pillows and the noise from slamming doors, which could be heard from other rooms. Furthermore, the proximity of the sink to the door could be a privacy concern if the door is opened.
