Helpful staff made a difference

I really appreciated how helpful the staff was—they quickly cleaned up after a medical emergency we had and returned my lost phone from the shuttle. The free shuttle to the airport is a bonus too! The pool looked nice, but we didn’t get to use it. The parking fee was a bummer tho.

The hotel is clean and has a good location near shopping and the airport.

My room was cold, and despite calling for help, nothing was fixed. The check-in process was terrible, with long waits and lack of staff support.

I recently stayed at Holiday Inn in Tampa for a quick and comfortable visit. The rooms may be small, but they are spotlessly clean and the beds are incredibly comfortable. The hotel's location is perfect, with easy access to the highway and within 15 minutes of all the attractions I wanted to visit. It's also conveniently situated next to a mall, making shopping a breeze. I appreciated the added security of needing a card to use the elevator and the attentive staff who made me feel welcomed and remembered my birthday. I will definitely choose this location for all my future visits.
