Had a FANTASTIC STAY near the waterfront with friendly staff and a beautiful pool area. the breakfast was very nice. Would definitely choose this place again. Better than photos!

My recent stay at this hotel was exceptional! the staff here is incredibly friendly and professional; they made me feel right at home. the atmosphere is warm and comfortable, feeling like a museum of fine things with exceptional service. the on-site restaurant and poolside snack bar were enjoyable, offering reasonably priced meals. Breakfast on the porch with a bloody mary was all I could ask for. the location is perfect for exploring downtown St Pete, walking distance to various attractions, making it convenient and accessible to everything.

One aspect that could be improved is the bathroom. It felt a bit cramped with limited counter space, which made it challenging to keep things organized.

The view from our second-floor room was stunning, offering a picturesque glimpse of the city and the inviting pool area. One memorable interaction was when the hotel staff surprised us with a complimentary bottle of wine to celebrate our anniversary. It was a thoughtful and unexpected touch that made our stay extra special.

The internal sound-proofing was not effective, and the noise from the pool bar music and late-night conversations in the corridors made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

The room at Hollander Boutique Hotel was very clean and appealing, with unique hut-like gazebos to sit under in the hip lobby by the pool and the long front porch. The staff was very cheerful and helpful, making the stay even more enjoyable. Housekeeping was excellent, ensuring a comfortable and spotless environment.

The room location facing a busy street was slightly inconvenient as I woke up at least 20 times by passing cars. This was the first time I've been disappointed after several stays.

I thoroughly enjoyed a relaxing experience at the full-service spa, where I indulged in rejuvenating massages and invigorating facials. The spa's serene atmosphere and skilled therapists made it the perfect retreat after a long day of meetings.

The staff's kindness toward my elderly parents on my first stay made a lasting impression. This place has everything I need: Wi-Fi, parking, and a pool. I keep coming back for holidays.

Staff incredibly accommodating, immediately upgraded my room on short notice - good beds and fine dining nearby! Didn’t feel the need to leave with great happy hour specials by the pool and exceptional food on-site! One minor thing - smoking on the front deck, but easily avoided. a fantastic stay with great amenities and excellent service. Would definitely return! 🌟

Hollander Hotel in St Pete is a true gem with fantastic decor, welcoming staff, and great amenities. Small elevator and low water pressure were minor but didn't impact our enjoyable stay. Perfect for walks to the Pier and museums. A must-visit for a quaint, charming experience.

During my stay at the Hollander Hotel in Downtown St Petersburg, I enjoyed the unique and colorful ambiance, proximity to landmarks like The Dali Museum and the convenience of Loopers route for transportation. The pool area, with a bar, was a relaxing spot, and the in-house restaurant offered delicious food. However, the noise from neighboring guests could be disruptive. The saltwater pool and spa facilities were perfect for unwinding, enhancing family bonding.

Great bargain, cool location, friendly staff, amazing bar with craft beers, comfy room with poolside patio. Pool, cabanas, and early closing time for a quiet night. Good breakfast and coffee. Close to Locale Market, no need to drive much.

I chose this hotel for a business forum and found it to be a great choice. The staff worked seamlessly, creating a welcoming atmosphere that made my stay comfortable. The quiet rooms and the Sunday pool party with DJs added a delightful touch to my visit.

The only service I missed for work was faster food service, but it wasn't a significant issue.

The entertainment options at this hotel were fantastic. I had a blast at the Tap House and Grill savoring their renowned Grouper sandwich and exploring the 21 craft beers on tap. The lively atmosphere, with quirky decor and a funky piano, made it feel like I was dining in a modern art museum.

Despite a tiny bathroom and a slight mold smell on the lower level, our overall experience was fantastic. The staff truly went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.
