Spacious and comfortable suites for families.

I encountered a series of unfortunate issues during my stay. The toilet wasn't functioning properly, which was incredibly inconvenient, especially with kids. Additionally, the AC unit was excessively loud, making it hard to sleep at night. When I reached out to the front desk for assistance, I was informed that maintenance was unavailable after 5:30 PM, leaving us without a solution.

Breakfast lacks variety but waffles are a hit.

Everything was perfect.

I stayed here while visiting the nearby Krannert Art Museum and was pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of the suite, especially the kitchenette that came in handy for snacks. The breakfast options were a nice touch, with healthy choices clearly marked, which was appreciated by the kids. The location was also great, with attractions like the Orpheum Children's Science Museum just a short drive away. Overall, it was a comfortable stay and I would return.

I was disappointed by the lack of proper attention to room maintenance. The toilet in our room was malfunctioning and it was quite inconvenient. To make things worse, the AC unit was so loud that it constantly disrupted my sleep.

The spacious Queen Studio Suite with a full kitchen was perfect for our needs. The waffle station at breakfast added a fun touch to our mornings, and the hotel’s proximity to local attractions was a plus.

The location is lekker, so close to the university and tons of places to eat. Check-in was sharp-sharp and the breakfast, especially the waffle station, gave my mornings a lekker start. Staff were super friendly, made me feel at home!

One bit of a downer was the noise from slamming doors. could hear it quite a bit in the morning, which was a bit of a jol.

Consider requesting a room away from the elevators for a quieter experience. The rooms are spacious, but noise can be an issue during peak hours.

The Queen Studio Suite was super spacious with a nice kitchenette, which was perfect for late-night snacks. I loved having the full fridge and the dishwasher. The shower had great water pressure, and the room felt clean. I did notice some stains in the common area carpets, but my room was comfy enough. Breakfast was a win with the waffle station! Overall, I had a good stay, but the room could’ve used a tub option. Just a heads up, it can get a bit noisy with doors slamming in the mornings.

this hotel is super nice with a spacious room and full kitchen setup. the staff is really friendly and helpful, especially ivy at check in, she was great! loved the location, it’s close to downtown and the university. the breakfast is decent, but they could use some fresher fruit options. overall pretty comfy stay and i’d definitely come back!

A Pleasant Surprise with Great Amenities

I was truly impressed by the spacious room with a kitchenette when I needed to store food for a gathering. The lobby area is inviting, perfect for relaxing or meeting friends. Don’t miss the nearby Harvest Market for easy snacks and beverages during your stay!

The Queen Studio Suite was spacious and had a nice kitchenette, which I found super handy. I really appreciated the real coffee maker instead of those awful pods. The room felt bright and clean overall. Just a heads up, though, I did notice some stains in the common area carpets, but the room itself was comfy. The breakfast with the waffle station was a nice touch too!
