I encountered numerous frustrating issues during my stay. First, the bed was uncomfortable, making it hard to get a good night's sleep. Additionally, the room had maintenance issues that needed attention, and I was worried they would charge me for damages I didn't cause. Lastly, the front desk staff seemed overwhelmed and unhelpful, which added to my disappointment.
