We had an amazing time at The Arrabelle! The staff were polite and accommodating, making us feel like VIPs. The location is fantastic, with easy access to all the party hotspots. The property was clean and well-maintained, creating a safe and comfortable environment. The rooms were spacious, allowing us to dance and celebrate all night long. The staff members, especially Donte, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect, making up for any mishaps and exceeding our expectations.

We felt like treated like royalty, no complaints whatsoever.

We had a great stay at The Arrabelle in Vail. We were celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary and they upgraded our room and gave us a bottle of champagne as a surprise treat. The facilities were immaculate and it felt like they had just remodeled, even though the building is 8 years old. The staff, especially Mark Johnson, were superb and made us feel welcome. The room was top notch with attention to detail and plenty of amenities. This hotel sets the standard in its class.

Spacious rooms with a cozy fireplace and a comfortable bed. The large bathroom with a nice bathtub was a great addition. The concierge was very helpful in planning our activities. The spa facilities were beautiful and top-notch. The hotel's location was fantastic, just steps away from the ski lift. The ski valet service was a big plus. We enjoyed the delicious hot chocolate and cookies served daily on the bridge, and the Friday treats in the lobby.

Regarding the breakfast, it was just okay, but the breakfast buffet had a good selection, although some items were not served hot.

Additionally, the in-room fireplace and heated floors added a luxurious touch to our stay.

The breakfast buffet was disappointing, with slow service and basic food options. the restaurant's inconsistency in charging for items such as hot chocolate and coffee was confusing.

The value for money at this hotel was definitely worth it. The room was comfortable and had a balcony with nice views. The location in Lionshead was perfect, quieter than Vail Village. The staff treated us exceptionally well, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was lovely.

One thing that could have made the breakfast selection better was more variety in the morning options.

Nothing, it is perfect.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I must say, this place is amazing. Located right at the gondola, it made it easy for me to hit the slopes right away. The room service was top-notch, with the housekeeping staff making sure my room was clean and well-stocked. Additionally, the free shuttle service was a real convenience. I loved the spa and wellness center, especially the outdoor heated swimming pool and jacuzzi.

I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

This hotel has an amazing location, situated in the heart of a bustling village with lots of great restaurants nearby. The onsite restaurant offers a wonderful breakfast buffet with many choices. The rooms are spacious, clean, and beautifully appointed, with comfortable beds and top-notch bathrooms. The staff are friendly and attentive, providing excellent service throughout our stay. Additionally, the spa is lovely, with a steam room/sauna/hot tub, creating a relaxing atmosphere.

The dinner menu could use more variety.

Our room was upgraded to a beautiful suite with a stunning view. Despite not being able to go on the gondola, the property manager went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. The amenities, spa, and breakfast buffet were all top-notch. highly recommended!
