the staff was excellent, providing all the necessary information and being extremely helpful. the room had all the comforts of home and we especially appreciated the ability to prepare our own meals. the free shuttle service to the Strip was a convenient perk. the complimentary full hot breakfast was delicious and varied. the hotel offered a great value for the money and we highly recommend it.

I really enjoyed the spacious room and the amenities it offered. the extra living room and two televisions were a great bonus. Having a kitchen with all the amenities made it feel like a home away from home. Additionally, the location of the hotel was fantastic. It was conveniently close to popular burger joints and the Tropicana. it was a great stay.

I was not impressed with the breakfast staff. They seemed overwhelmed and were even heard complaining under their breath in front of guests.

Some of the cleaning staff only removed garbage from the room without properly cleaning it. the pillows could have been fluffier.

The bed was so comfortable, slept like a baby. the AC was a lifesaver in the Vegas heat. the hotel's location was great, close to all the action without the chaos. And the pool was a nice place to relax after a day of exploring the city.

Had to wait an hour to check in and had a mix-up with the room assignment, which was really frustrating. the breakfast staff seemed overwhelmed and the food wasn't always adequately stocked.

Best aspects of my stay at the hotel were the great free breakfast and complimentary evening social. the breakfast had a variety of options including fruit, muesli, cheese, bagels, and warm food like sausages, eggs. the evening social offered a chance to relax and enjoy some dinner after a long day of exploring. Additionally, the hotel's shuttle bus service was a great convenience. It made getting around the area easy and saved me the hassle of finding parking. the shuttle driver, in particular, was super nice and always offered help.

Worst aspects of my stay were the size of the swimming pool and the staff's friendliness. the pool was a little small, which made it crowded at times.

It is also close to various concert venues, which was perfect for our night out plans. the hotel is in close proximity to Aria center and the airport, making our commute hassle-free. The rooms were clean and comfortable, providing a nice place to relax after a long night. The breakfast options were plentiful, with both hot and cold choices to satisfy our cravings.

One elevator was not functional, leading to long wait times for guests.

I recently stayed at a brand new hotel in Vegas and it was worth every penny. The room was top-notch with great amenities and a super comfy bed. The location was also perfect, just a short walk to the Strip or you could take their free shuttle. The staff at reception and throughout the hotel were friendly and attentive. a fantastic value!

The morning meal could use some improvement, maybe more variety or some local flavors would be nice. Other than that, my stay was perfect!
