The rooms are well-equipped with basic amenities and even have a pull-out couch, providing extra flexibility for families or larger groups. One of the highlights of our stay was the hot tub, which was perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. And let's not forget about the breakfast - they offered a great selection of hot and cold foods, including make-your-own waffles and even a little salsa to spice things up!

springhill suites in hagerstown always exceeds my expectations. the clean rooms and friendly staff make for a comfortable stay. the pool, spa, and breakfast are all fantastic amenities. plus, the convenient location near restaurants is a big plus!

The customer service was unprofessional and lacking when we had an issue with the toilet overflowing. The receptionist watched us clean up the mess instead of providing the necessary assistance.

Being close to the highway made it easy to get around. the staff were friendly and the common areas and rooms were always clean. Despite being near the highway, it was surprisingly quiet and I had a very comfortable stay. the breakfast provided a good variety of food, although it wasn't exceptional. it was a great deal and I would definitely choose to stay here again.

The bed was incredibly comfortable and the shower had great water pressure, making for a relaxing stay. the hotel is conveniently located close to the interstate and there are several restaurants nearby, making it easy to find a place to eat.

We were disappointed by a few things during our stay. we missed breakfast since we were not informed of the breakfast timings and it started later than other places we had stayed at.

I enjoyed the small sitting area where I could relax and snack after a long day. The mini-fridge and microwave were a plus, allowing me to store and heat up my own food. There was even a Starbucks nearby, which was convenient for my morning coffee fix. I would cautiously recommend this hotel.
