The inclusion of microwave popcorn in the coffee basket was a delightful touch. Becky, the breakfast room staff, provided excellent service and was super friendly. The gentleman refilling the provisions was also very kind and friendly. The front desk staff was welcoming and helpful. The shower head had a nice force of water, making for a pleasant shower experience. a great place for our family of 9 to stay, especially with the added bonus of a full kitchen with a fridge.

The location of the hotel on 71st street was very convenient, close to everything. The rooms were spacious with comfy beds and lots of amenities.

Great location near restaurants, IMAX theater, and easy access to the interstate. the hotel itself is always clean and the breakfast is top-notch. I also loved the fact that they offered free cocktails and dinner on certain evenings during the week. the separate living room and bedroom in the suites are a bonus, along with the kitchenette. a great place to stay in the city!
