Nothing could have been better.

The hotel offered free internet throughout the stay, which was convenient for my business needs. the staff was polite and friendly, always greeting us when we entered the lobby. the hotel was also located in an area with lots of food and shopping options within easy walking distance. Additionally, it was just a short 5-10 minute ride to downtown, making it convenient for exploring the city after work.

The main downside of the hotel was the price. I found it to be overpriced for the quality and amenities provided.

The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to accommodate us. The location was great, with lots of dining and shopping options nearby. There were even upscale shops within walking distance. this hotel had the best facilities, cleanliness, staff, and convenient location for dining and shopping.

As a solo traveler, I found the Courtyard hotel to be the perfect choice for me. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the room was just the right size. I also appreciated the quietness of the hallway and the free garage parking. The location was great, with shopping and restaurants within a reasonable distance. The hotel itself was clean, family-friendly, and in a safe area. The staff was friendly and welcoming, always greeting me with a smile. I was impressed by the spacious, beautiful, and clean rooms. The food was tasty and there was plenty to do nearby.

The mini fridge and the shower pressure were a nice touch. the location was convenient, near main shopping and dining options. Staff was cordial and eager to assist.

The freeway view was really disappointing and it made us feel unsafe. the lobby was just ok.

Great Hotel, Great Location! The hotel was located in a convenient area, within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. It was also just a short drive to other popular areas such as Hyde Park Square and Downtown Cincinnati. We were pleasantly surprised by the comfortable bedding and pillows, and enjoyed a peaceful night's sleep despite our room overlooking the highway.

Lack of Loyalty Appreciation. As a loyal customer, I was disappointed with the treatment I received as a reward member.

The breakfast included is a great bonus, and the rooms with king size beds and sofa beds are spacious and comfortable.
