The room on the 18th floor had stunning city views of the iconic One PPG Place tower, river, bridges, and Mount Washington. Bed was comfortable, Le Labo bath products were a nice touch. Front desk staff were friendly and efficient.

I loved staying at this hotel! This place is in the perfect location - right on Market Square, where all the food places are, and the staff are fantastic and give a 5 * and friendly service. Their room amenities are excellent, including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, mini-bar. The room service was great, and the housekeeping was efficient, and the laundry service was outstanding. If you're traveling solo or with your pet, they have pets allowed that you can avail of, and entertainment amenities like board games and television and am/fm alarm clock to enjoy. Their restaurant and bar/lounge area have great food options, but they also have an option for a spa lounge, steam room, spa centre, sauna.

I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to all.

The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of downtown, making it easy to explore the city. the staff is friendly and accommodating, and they made my business trip a pleasant experience. the rooms are comfortable and well-maintained, providing a relaxing atmosphere after a long day of meetings.

The prices for the rooms and services are quite high, which can be a downside for budget-conscious travelers. Additionally, there were some additional fees that added up, such as valet parking and other miscellaneous charges.

The breakfast at Fl.2 was amazing, with delicious French toast and coconut chia parfait. Sandy provided excellent service. I also appreciated the well-equipped gym and convenient location. I highly recommend this hotel.

The view from the room was stunning, with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the river. The staff were friendly and helpful, assisting with luggage and parking. The menu at the bar/restaurant had a great selection of drinks and food, with bartenders who were skilled and accommodating. The location of the hotel was convenient and accessible to popular spots in the area. The room was well-appointed with blackout curtains, comfortable pillows, and a nice tea and coffee selection.

We had an incredible stay in this city. The hotel's location near transportation and in the centre of the downtown area was perfect. It allowed us easy access to Heinz stadium and various bars, restaurants, and attractions in the Cultural District. The hotel facilities were beautiful and well-maintained, and our room had a breathtaking view of the city. We were impressed by the spaciousness and cleanliness of the room, especially the large bathroom with separate bath and shower. The staff was friendly, accommodating, and made our anniversary stay truly special. Check out was a breeze, and we loved every minute of our time here.

I got excellent value for my money at Fairmont. The room was spacious, clean, and had plenty of storage for my clothes. The location was perfect, with easy access to all the popular spots in the city, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

The hotel's beautiful with spacious rooms and larger-than-average bathrooms. Amazingly clean, perfect for a germaphobe like me. Great staff, helpful and friendly. The location is superb. Spa and gym are top-notch. Nice people and fantastic facilities.

We had a lovely mini staycation at Fairmont Pittsburgh. The room was well-appointed with a great layout and an outstanding view. The pillows were perfection and the blackout curtains ensured a good night's sleep. We enjoyed dining at Andy's and Habitat, with delicious food and friendly staff. The hotel's location was convenient for visiting the zoo and aquarium, and the view of the stadium and river was a highlight.

Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

Located in the heart of Pittsburgh, this hotel is surrounded by many restaurants and theaters in the Cultural District. It is also near the PNC Park bridge and Market Square. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped with modern amenities and quality toiletries. The room service is fast and delicious. The 24-hour gym is well-stocked and towels are provided.

The Wi-Fi is not complimentary.
